I am extremely pleased with my experience at this facility. Both therapists, Hera and Camron are extremely qualified, very professional and caring. They keep very detailed notes for each patient and/or fully prepared for the next session their assistants are very qualified and helpful in ensuring each treatment is done properly. The receptionist Lori, is extremely friendly and thorough and makes you feel welcome immediately upon walking through the door. I highly recommend this branch of Metro Physical Therapy and you will not be disappointed in using them.

Cameron and the staff at Plainview are great. I have recommended friends and family and they love it here. I have been to physical therapy for different issue and every time the staff here has helped a million percent. Jacob who is an aide here is also great. The aids here are great also they pay close attention to all the exercises and make sure the form is correct. Would recommend this place to everyone and anyone who needs PT.

I have been taking my son to see a physical therapist Hera at Metro Plainview and I must say, the experience has been excellent. Hera demonstrated exceptional expertise and care in working with my child. Their commitment to helping my son recover and improve was evident from the start. We're grateful to have found such a dedicated professional who has made a real difference in our journey to better health.

My vertigo and problematic balance symptoms and illness hit me suddenly and with immense surprise. One of the several medical professionals that was key to my ongoing recovery is Hera Rehan, one of the leading physical therapists specializing in treatment for vestibular and balance disorders. She has great experience and training in this specialized PT area. Hera has a wonderful disposition, is a good listening, is attentive, and a pleasure to work with. Additionally, Hera and this Metro Physical Therapy Plainview location sees only a few patients at one time. A larger facility that sees many patients sometimes hands you off to less experienced staff for most of the session and your intended therapist is only remotely involved. That does not happen here. I was extremely fortunate to find Hera, who I believe has been a major reason for the faster than expected progress I have made thus far in my recovery. Thank you Hera !! The rest of the team in the Plainview office, from receptionist Lori, to the entire Plainview team there are very pleasant, and helpful. THANK YOU AGAIN, HERA !

Hera is amazing! She noticed that I had symptoms of vertigo. I went to the ENT for confirmation. After a couple of treatments my vertigo symptoms are gone! She has also been continuing to work on my neck. The combination of the two have almost stopped my “regular”headaches! I would strongly recommend her to anyone in need of physical therapy. She has a very good rapport with all of her patients not just me. 😁

I could not be happier with my choice of physical therapy offices. The staff are all fantastic - my main therapist Hera is amazing! Both her and Cam are very knowledgeable and care about making their patients feel better. In addition, it's always a fun conversation while I'm there. The office is small, but frankly I love that. I went for PT after shoulder surgery and now after 3 months of work, I am 95% back to how I was pre shoulder issues. I'm going to be a little sad to leave! I've learned so much that I feel I will continue to get stronger after I finish therapy. I would 100% recommend Metro PT in Plainview.

I’ve never gone to physical therapy before, but this place is really great. Although the space is small, Hera and Cameron are able to be attentive to everyone, even when the office is busy. They are very knowledgeable in ways to help improve your pain, injuries, etc. I feel like I have seen much improvement with pain in my feet, as well as my shoulder thanks to Hera and Cameron. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone in need of physical therapy!

Physical therapy is usually a tough part of healing because you go through ups and downs and see the roadblocks of the healing process. Plainview metro pt does a great job at not only helping my healing process but also give me an enjoyable and friendly environment. I’ve been treated at multiple metro locations but this one has given me the best results of treatment and overall satisfaction and experience. The two manual therapists, Hera and Cam, do an exceptional job at finding exactly what is wrong and doing exactly what your body needs to help fix it. I’ve had a severe ankle shatter with grade 3 tendon tears and after the bone healing was complete i was left with many issues other issues such as tendinitis and uneven hips and super limited ankle mobility. With the help of both therapists I am now able to go back to all of my regular physical activities with little to no pain at all. I am not the only one in my family who is very happy with Plainview metro. Both of my parents and my younger brother are treated by both Hera and Cam. With a couple sessions my mothers severe back pain was relived, and my father hasn’t complained about his neck in ages after seeing Cam. My family and I are very satisfied with our care and we will continue to look back to Hera and Cam for any issues that may arise in the future.
