Metro Physical & Aquatic Therapy

Unfortunately, over the last 3-4 years I have had several surgeries that required me to go to both PT and OT (occupational therapy). I am so very lucky to have picked Metro Physical and Aquatic therapy. First the people are just great. Yogi is a nice guy, Jennifer is a wonderful therapist and Andrea, who I have been working with for 4 months on my shoulder surgery is the best. Andrea is very knowledgeable; knows how to handle a cranky patient like me and is very very patient in answering questions about my program. One of the most awesome thing is that all of the therapist handle you on a 1-1 basis. I have been to other therapy places where 1 therapist will work with 2 or 3 people at the same time. How can anyone focus specifically on 1 patient when working with 3? Scheduling appointments is a breeze and my results have really made a difference. Andrea is the best, patient with me and others, explains why she is doing a specific exercise and is a very good listener. Her professionalism and caring are beyond amazing. If I could have given 6 stars I would have but your doing yourself a disservice if you don't use Metro for your therapy needs.

i am writing this to say thank you for my husband COACH Mal casway who today finished his last session for his back. jen, andrea and olivia you were great restoring his back to wear he can defend his title in tyennis with his group of men. he said you were the best therapist he has ever had. he would recommend you to anyone who needs therapy for what ever reson. he also would like to thank yogi for all he does for the senior citizens at Maraposa retirement village.

I can't say enough great things about Metro PT. Not only do they provide amazing services to our residents at Mariposa, but they have treated me for back pain as well. Patient, Kind, Flexible, and truly caring. They go above and beyond for everyone! 10/10 recommend! Jenn, Yogi, Andrea and team -- thank you!

Anyone needing Physical Therapy I would recommend Metro P.T. I just finished my therapy and it was a great experience. Everyone was great to deal with. My therapist was Jennifer she helped me out with my issues. She is knowledgeable and fun person to talk with. She is a very pleasant person. Along with Jennifer there is Yogi who also is a great man. He will help you with what ever you're needs are to dealing with the insurance companies. There is also Loress who helps with my stepson in the aquatic therapy. He loves working with her. When I need more therapy I will definitely go back to Metro P.T.

I recently saw Dr. Jennifer Sternecker for my plantar fasciitis and it was the best decision I have ever made. She is so kind and patient with me and I have come a long way since I have started seeing her. My plantar fasciitis has been bothering me for months and got so bad that walking for even a short amount of time was excrutiatingly painful. Now I am pain free and am even training for a 5K. When I wasn't able to go to the office she was even able to come to my home. I truly recommend Dr. Sternecker to anyone that wants to feel better.
