Metro Physical & Aquatic Therapy

I visited Metro PT for relief from lower back pain, and the experience was fantastic. The staff, especially Tiffany, was incredibly helpful, professional, and caring. My daughter also received treatment for left foot pain, and after a few months, we noticed significant improvements. Tiffany's expertise and the team's dedication made a noticeable difference, particularly in strengthening my daughter's left foot. Since the treatment, she hasn't complained about foot pain. I highly recommend Metro PT for their excellent care and positive outcomes.

I did prenatal physical therapy at Metro. My therapist, Tiffany (10/10 will recommend) was very attentive to my needs and tailored my treatment goal at every visit to reach my optimal outcome. I was educated and updated about my treatment throughout the entire process. Tools was provided to me to continue my treatment at home/work (when applicable) when I was not at the facility. The other staff I also encountered were kind and willing to assist most of the time. Appointment were easy to make and I was able to have a constant schedule. I will definitely recommend her to friends and family.

Tiffany is amazing! She really cares about each patient. She is super knowledgeable, friendly, and understanding. She focuses on the problem areas and knows what she's doing! The theraphy really works! I highly recommend Metro Physical Therapy. They are attentive, sweet and caring! Definitely the place to go if you need Physical therapy.

Metro PT in Great Neck is a wonderful place. You come in hurting and you are greeted by cheerful faces that make you hopeful that you’ll get stronger. Their skills are equally as talented. Tarak took excellent care of me and pushed me just enough to help me progress quickly. Tina, Ishtar , Eric and all the PT assistants were great at keeping me on track during my therapy. My dad has been seeing Tiffany at this location regarding nerve pain and he has nothing but praise for her. She is friendly, attentive, thorough and incredibly knowledgeable. My dad was complaining of persistent pain and saw a different PT somewhere else for a while, but what that guy couldn’t do in nearly a year, Tiffany was able to do in only a couple of weeks. And with lasting results! She really knows what she is doing. She was great about properly explaining how to maintain those results too. It’s a great relief to see my dad walking much more comfortably now. Thank you, Tiffany!

Over the years I have participated in physical Therapy several times. Metro Physical Therapy has proved to be the most beneficial of all my experiences. The Team is knowledgeable, well informed, practical, and determined to help each client to achieve positive outcomes. Tarek and Tina are the two people I worked with most ofter, however, there was always a well informed therapist if I had to change an appointment. The facility was always clean, inviting and the atmosphere was positive and friendly. I am only sorry that I did not find them sooner. I will be using them for any future issues that may arise. I have completed my treatment for the moment and it is bittersweet to be leaving, having achieved a successful outcome! Thank you Metro Physical Therapy.

I have been taking my newborn baby to see Tiffany for Shoulder Dystocia. For the few weeks we have been seeing her, the baby has improved his hand movement a lot. He was not even moving it and now he is. Tiffany is a sweet individual who takes her work seriously. She is attentive and really explains how to do the exercises at home to help him more. I would recommend her to my friends and family!

My Son has been receiving OT from Andrew Talia. He’s super nice, extremely considerate and friendly. Also very knowledgeable when it comes to treat Patients with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy. That’s how I decided to get Therapy at this place for my neck pain, which I’ve been suffering from since quite a while. I’ve been getting PT from Tiffany. I feel extremely lucky to have come across her. She’s Amazing !!! After only working with her for few weeks, feel significant improvement. Not only my neck feels great, but also my vertigo has vanished. I absolutely love Tiffany, she’s super nice and a “healer” !!! Tiffany is the Best. Metro is the perfect package .. Great Therapists, Friendly staff and very comfy environment.
