Metro Physical & Aquatic Therapy (Formerly Bear Mountain Physical Therapy)

I have had physical therapy at several facilities in the Westchester area in recent years. The best experience by far has been with Metro Physical Therapy. Michael Moses is my therapist, he is very knowable and taught me practical and easy at home stretches for my condition. Sidney is always very welcoming, giving any concerns the attention required. Each patient is given individual attention by their therapist during their session. I would highly recommend the therapists at Metro for your very best physical therapy needs.

Came here at the recommendation of my doctor’s PA after knee surgery for eight weeks of PT. He recommended it based on the fact that the staff here work with you one-on-one and stay with you while you perform the exercises, and he was 100% right. This place is fantastic and I always looked forward to coming in and doing the work. Allison is incredible and the exercises she had me doing got my legs stronger and my knee back to full mobility. All of the staff are very friendly and I honestly can’t say enough good things about this place.

After hurting my shoulder and breaking my collarbone in a serious car accident, I just finished 10 weeks of physical therapy at Metro in Buchanan. I got the best care from Allison, who was phenomenal, Diana at the front desk was wonderful, and Mike, the assistant was helpful, too. Every time I went, they greeted me with a smile, and each day I got better and better. I want to thank them all for helping me on the road to my recovery. I will actually miss going to physical therapy. Strongly recommended!

The staff here is very professional and caring. Lauren always greets you with a smile and kind word. The office runs on time Michael the physical therapist is wonderful. He is one of the only therapists in the area that provides a very hands on approach attempting to manipulate you. In addition he is always asking questions and adjusting what the session involves.

I have been a patient of Mike Moses for years. He is a great therapist & knows his stuff! Lauren, a long time member of the staff is also helpful with scheduling & insurance matters.

Tara is an extraordinary therapist and I'm lucky to have her as my physical therapist. Lauren runs the front and is always friendly and eager to help. If you need PT, this is where you want to be.

Metro PT Buchanan is one of the Best !! I feel so much pain relief when I go there. The staff is WONDERFUL ! If I could give them 100 stars I would.
