I've had the privilege of working with PTs Dan Keller, Lindsey Dilorio and Maddie O'Shaughnessy. All three of them were fantastic and provided outstanding care when helping me with my knee pain. Their thorough assessment and personalized treatment plan significantly accelerated my recovery. Each session was tailored to my needs, as each PT would add a helpful aspect to my program when I saw them individually. The clinic's atmosphere was welcoming and professional, contributing to a positive experience overall. If you're looking for a skilled and compassionate physical therapists, Metro is the place to go!

Love everyone here. Lindsey, my therapist was fantastic, professional but caring. I am having a knee replaced so I was being treated to gain more muscle strength to prepare for surgery. I am so much stronger now and feel I’ll have an easier recovery

The actual site was very clean. The staff very professional and attentive. The PT (Julia) I was assigned to was excellent. Has a doctorate in PT, incredibly knowledgeable. Gave me handouts of the exercises and stretches I was supposed to do. She explained what she was going to do and then did it. My overall experience never having experienced PT before was 110% I would HIGLY RECOMMNEND.

Due to a rotator cuff injury that was causing a great deal of pain and limitation of shoulder movement it was time to get help. My doctor suggested physical therapy and a family member suggested Metro in Bethpage. Dr. Maddy O’Shaunessy became my therapist and after a consultation and evaluation of my limits we started the exercises. She has made a great difference in my shoulder strength and encouragement in improving. The entire staff here has been friendly and welcoming. This has been a smart choice for me.

From my very first session, it was clear that Madeline is both incredibly caring and exceptionally thorough in her approach. She takes the time to listen to your concerns and tailors each treatment to ensure the best possible outcomes. Her expertise and compassionate nature have made my recovery process much smoother. If you’re looking for a dedicated and skilled physical therapist, Madeline is the one to see!

Metro Physical Therapy Bethpage has been a wonderful experience. A clean facility with a great support staff that was friendly, caring and courteous. Dr. Maddie is the best! She listens, she understood what I needed and she had a solid plan to help me through my therapy. Dr. Maddie is caring, comforting, focused, and very knowledgeable in her work. An exceptional physical therapy office. They also have OT and speech as well. I had an injury and Dr.Lindsay assisted me along my recovery. Even when I finished my therapy, she provided with many resources on work out exercises I can do at home. I also had a pleasure to work with Dr Maddie as well. The office is super friendly and you feel like you’re at home. Also, I really loved getting to know the assistants, Nico and Victor. They instructed me on all the exercises I needed to complete and answered all my questions. Thank you for all your hard work !

I have been working with Dr. Madeline O'Shaughnessy for months and it has been a great experience! Maddy cares about her patients but isn't afraid to challenge them either! She is amazing and I cannot recommend her enough if you're looking for a physical therapist! Victor and Nico the PT assistants are wonderful as well! You're well taken care of at Bethpage Metro!
