My daughter has been receiving therapy here for almost a year and a half now for speech and swallow, and started OT in June. Vickie, Kaylee and Laura are absolutely amazing not only with the therapy sessions, but also teaching me as her mother on what to specifically work on at home with her. They are all so patient, so kind, and click so well with Emma which I find to be so important for therapists to have that bond with their patients, especially kiddos. The staff at the front desk are always so cheerful and sweet and helpful. I would honestly recommend Metamorphosis Therapy Group to family and friends.

If I could give more stars I totally would! I love this place and all the staff here! The front desk staff is always so welcoming and patient when it comes to answering question or certain I have. Jazmine is an amazing therapist she’s so patient with my son & has helped with his speech delay just within a couple of months of seeing her! We have seen lots of growth not only here at Metamorphosis Therapy Group but also at home with our sons speech!

My Daughter does speech and OT at Metamorphosis and I have noticed so much growth in a year. Vickie and Kaylee have shown nothing but patients and kindness with my daughter and are amazing with communication on how to continue lessons at home. My daughter absolutely loves her time with both Vickie and Kaylee and gets excited for her sessions. I cannot thank them enough!

ZERO STARS. Unprofessional, lack of empathy, callus, money hungry, no one wants to be accountable - that is our experience of them. Dealt with Aaron, Kayley, Jammie and one of their supervisors - While Kayley was professional and empathetic, others were not. Not recommended especially if you are a cash patient. Our son who we wanted to be assessed for speech concerns, had travelled back from abroad and was going through severe jet lag, we had informed them that he was taking a nap around his appointment time, they insisted that he would be OK with his assessment since they deal with children taking nap, all the time. WRONG! he did not cooperate because he was upset. They went ahead and charged us full amount of $300 for 10 min visit (did not even inform us that they were charging full) during which they were not able to perform any assessment. Then they rescheduled him for another day, a week later. We specifically requested them for a well-lit room with windows since he does not like closed small rooms, they did exactly the opposite and he did not last in the room even for a minute. Their speech pathologist's response was unprofessional and rude, saying he needs ABA first. They went ahead and charged us $80 for second visit but refunded when I protested. I asked Aaron to have his supervisor call me, she did but was unapologetic and lacked empathy. Aaron called next day and asked me if we wanted to have a report of assessment, I asked him what report? Told him that my son's assessment was never fully done, so I do not need a whitewash report. They emailed the report 10 days later just to justify their charges. When I responded back to their email, they never responded back. Metamorphosis, I will be seeing you in the court. This is not acceptable, you can not take advantage of parents going through difficult times. I understand you spent some time trying to assess my child but how do you justify charging full consultation fee for 10-15 minute visit while we were told that it will be 45 minutes long appointment for assessment. If you had charged a partial payment, I would have been OK with that but this is bullying and can not be allowed.

We have been working withe Metamorphosis for a few months now. Kendra has been great we enjoy having her work with out girls every week. They really are on top of the goals and milestones making sure that they are being met. Various activities are used to facilitate language such as reading books and playing with educational toys. I have seen an improvement in verbal skills for our twins.

Working at Metamorphosis is such an enjoyable experience! The entire staff is so friendly and welcoming. I also love feeling like everyone is always wanting to evolve in positive ways that support the growth of themselves and the clients we serve.

My son has been seen by Vickie for OT at Metamorphosis Therapy Group for over a year now. He has made amazing progress. Vickie genuinely cares about her clients and is an outstanding occupational therapist.

Their late cancellation policy is horrible. Even if you cancel 24 hours in advance, you will be charged $30 IF you do not reschedule the cancelled appointment. The appointment has to be rescheduled within 2 weeks. If you don’t want to reschedule plan on paying $30. We love our speech therapist but the office policy is not reasonable.
