I wish I could give this this Insurance Company 0 stars. My mom has been suffering for 2 and a 1/2 years. Every time this insurance company refers her to a doctor it end up being that those doctors have nothing to do with her condition.

Absolutely the worst.I had two appointments set before these charlatans took over my network. They were both cancelled for" failure to get authorization." If I posted my true feelings they would be censored .

Tried to call in the AM and 7 times all i got was VM. This is completely unacceptable. There should always be a person available. Only option was to leave a msg. Recd call back 7 hours later and was told "oh,we were in a meeting" . Then SAY so and have at least one person answering phones. Very poor organization set up

Becky solved my problem in 4 minutes after wasting 1 hr and 9 minutes with UHC and no results!!!

Horrible service. They denied a covered claim right out because of a minor discrepancy in the birth date, and because it took so long to figure out, it might end up costing us thousands of dollars.

This is a downright terrible organization. They intentionally falsify bills and deny just claims. Run, don’t walk away from here irresponsible and incompetent sub-humans.
