Day shift was great 👍! Worked hard and good together!! I will say only 2 on the night shift was good! William Terri. Never answered when you turn the light on! I had to get up and walked the hall to get help! Overall I will say I spent 8 good days there!!

The team did such a great job welcoming me in and being attentive to my needs. Everyone was so genuine with their actions. I highly recommend your team to anyone that needs your services. Thanks so much for going that extra mile.
I had my baby girl here last week. Dr Kilic is absolutely amazing and I am so glad I chose him for my OB. The nicu/nursery staff is outstanding, and I had the BEST care by l&d and postpartum. Abigail, Ashton and Larissa are some of the best people I’ve met. Through the scariest times they were there and so so helpful, attentive and caring. We loved our experience.
It was such a good experience this time. Lauren Tabor was my MRI tech and she was just wonderful. She made me feel so comfortable and let me know what was happening every step of the way. If I have to have another MRI , i hope she will be there. She is definitely the face of what River Region should strive to be.
While no one plans to have an emergency, I would plan to go there again if I ever needed to. The care I received when I arrived was the best I could have asked for. From the moment I entered the hospital in the ER, to cardiology, and the nursing staff in ICU that cared for me 24/7, I can’t say enough about how much I appreciate their care. They were informative, professional, caring, and altogether genuine. It takes a special type of person to work in this field and they were all wonderful.
From the time I got to registration the service was excellent. I was a hour early because of senior transportation. I made it at 7am and my echocardiogram was scheduled for 8am. The register made sure I was comfortable while I waited. The cardiology staff called me in and completed my echocardiogram in about 15 minutes. I was so very pleased with her kindness and comfort level with her job.i don't remember there names but I will never forget their kindness and support. Thank for having employees that put your patients first. Josephine O. Kelly-Johnson
The nurse in the emergency room, that was unbelievably rude. She wasn’t a good listener, she did hear me out. I’m pregnant and was in pain. The Labor and delivery women were great but they sent me back to the emergency because my baby was fine but I was still in pain from an accident. Angie Brown has been the worst nurse I ever had in my life. I felt like racist played a big part in this case. A black woman pain isn’t taken seriously. If I could have gave zero stars, that’s what she definitely deserved.
I went to get some test results today. Only one was ready. The lady at the information desk was super nice as always and the lady in medical records was very kind as well. The only complaint I have is that I have to be billed 24 cents instead of paying when I was there but I understand rules are rules (policy is policy). Had very bad experiences there last year and said I hoped I never had to go back. I've been there 3 times in a week and the attitudes of those I had encounters with were extremely different than the nurses we had problems with before. For that I am very thankful.
