Everyone was very helpful, knowledgeable, and committed to helping patients improve and regain their independence. We are truly grateful for the care and dedication shown by all. While the staff is clearly busy providing excellent care, a bit more proactive communication regarding treatment updates and daily progress would be helpful. Staying well-informed could help families feel more engaged and confident in the process, which would ultimately enhance the patient and family experience. Therapists all were friendly and encouraging. A big thank you to Michelle, Sarah, Lauren and Joey.

My father was in Mercy Rehab following a stroke. I feel very lucky that he was able to receive rehab at this facility. The therapists (Denise, Greg, Kristina and Paige) were excellent - pushing him to improve and encouraging him with their positive attitudes. Dr Golish and Dr Adrian provided excellent medical care for him while he was at Mercy Rehab. The nursing staff provided good care for him as well. Our social worker (Donna) helped us navigate his benefits and next steps for therapy when he discharged from Mercy. With its state of the art gym and quality of personnel, I recommend Mercy Rehab.

The staff was very pleasant, Greg, Christine, and Collin on the PT staff were great! Brooks, and Bailey on the OT staff were amazing also! Dr. McCool and his PA Alyssa were great about asking what I needed and how I was doing! The nursing staff was great, and very friendly.

I, Merritt Beaman, have nothing but the highest praise and ultimate respect for the staff at MercyOne Rehabilitation Hospital. I was blown away by the kind and thoughtful attention given me as I began my rehab for a pelvic fracture I had while bicycling and being hit by a truck. I would especially like to sing the praises of the following: Hyacinth OT Haley PT Dr. McCool Anna Marie, Case Manager And the revolving, but always attentive daily staff of Nurses /PCT The kitchen staff not only catered to my needs but those of my ever attentive wife always with a smile and genuine caring. From the initial intake evaluation to the end of my stay I felt cared for, heard, and most of all genuinely fondly attended to as a person in need. I hope that anyone needing assistance in their recovery is fortunate enough to get the kind of care MercyOne Rehabilitation Hospital provides.

Staff is focused on patient success and progress. I was pushed but not over the edge. I was seen as an individual and not just another "hip". I hope to never return but would choose this hospital again if I had to do it over.

The care was amazing for my mother, however, after she was discharged talking to Alyssa, I really wish that our calls were recorded. Serious attitude problem very condescending and rude. Would have left five stars.

My husband went from the hospital to the MercyOne Clive Rehabilitation Hospital following his knee surgery. The nurses, therapists, and staff were outstanding. The kitchen started the day off with a hot, appetizing breakfast in time for him to prepare for his therapy sessions. Therapists definitely know their jobs. He had to begin a specialized infusion and the nurses fully explained the procedure. Any medical issues were handled promptly. We were amazed by the professional, caring and friendly treatment he received throughout his stay. Kudos for an outstanding facility.

My husband was in for a stroke, his left arm and leg were not functioning when we arrived. Between the physical therapists, occupational therapists, and speech therapists, he was cared for in every way! They encouraged him and pushed him to do the best he could. The nursing staff was awesome! Very personable, they cared about my husband as a person not just another patient, as did the therapists. I would recommend this place to anyone!
