Mercy Therapy Services - Town and Country

No one answers the phone. People don't call you back when they say they will. Based on my experience so far, patients are not a high priority. I would love to give a good review, but so far, it is not warranted. Edit 9/12/23, 9:33am: I received and replied to an email yesterday from Mercy's social media department. I also called Mercy's Therapy Services twice this morning, still trying to make appointments. Again, no one is answering the phone. I have left 3 separate voicemails requesting a callback. No one has called me back yet. This just gets worse and worse.

Awesome staff! Love everyone at the desk, they are so kind. It can be hard to find a good spine therapist. Look no further! Daniel Crenshaw is awesome! Book ASAP! He does book up quickly, he is amazing and very dedicated to his patients recovery

I have had therapy twice at this facility and both times have been a very favorable experience. I found the therapists well educated, professional, easy to work with, extremely helpful and I have greatly benefited from their services. Reception staff is friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this facility!

After having carpal tunnel surgery I was directed here. Great staff, and people work hard to make you well! Will be receiving all of my follow up treatment here!

Excellent P.T.'s and O.T's. Great facility. Wonderful care and attention. Helped me to walk unaided after 2 hip replacements. Kudos to Mercy personell!

I went for a thumb splint only. Was charged for occupational therapy which I did not receive. The are very over-priced even with insurance.

Jennifer and her assistant were professional and knowledgeable in creating my treatment plan and educating me in its execution.
