Mercy Therapy Services - Tower West

My daughter had Physical, Occupational and Speech therapy while in the NICU and we've been in therapy at Mercy Tower West since being out of the NICU and she has progressed so much! Hands down has the best therapists in Fort Smith! Highly recommend!

Don't go to the Mercy Tower West Convenient Care unless you have 3+ hours to spare. Daughter's doctor could not get her in so they sent referral to this walk in. Sat 2 hours in waiting room and another hour in a room, before we ever seen the doctor. Apparently only one doctor there, however, only a total of 4 patients were there when we arrived. She is 3 and was exhausted by the time we left. Sorry but children should be one of the first seen in a walk in if they are that slow!!! Never again. Baptist Health Convenient Care in VB will have you in and out within 1 hour tops.

Hadn’t had anything to drink or eat since before midnight. Check in time for a colonoscopy was 9:20 AM. It took less than 5 minutes to sign paper work and pay. At 10:30, was taken back. Waited until 1:00PM( with IV in arm) to be taken to another room to have procedure. ☹️ While nurse talking with me about health history, doctor comes in says a few words and leaves. Nurse resumed talking about health history, but hurriedly since doctor was ready. Had procedure, put in recovery and then discharged at 2:15 PM. Two and a half hours turned into five hours. Nurses were very nice and accommodating.

Highly reccomend the children's physical therapy on the 4th floor. Always nice and accommodating. No wait time when you arrive, quick in and out no hassle and they all genuinely care about the children as individuals and tailor their therapy accordingly.
