They can't even do your therapy 2 times a week. My husband will not be using them again we only used them because we heard good things about them but we have changed our minds on that. Plus they schedule my husbands appointments when we either have to get the kids on or off the bus and would say its fine to be late then we drive from Poteau to Ft Smith for them to cancel the appointment when we make it there. Only 2 good people there is an older ct therapy and Halie that's a ct therapy.

Try to request "Nita" as a therapist. She cares, she is encouraging, and makes sure you get top notch therapy. If it hadn't been for the extreme frustration with the physical therapist (Nita is a PTA), I would have given this place a 4-5. However, the man I had 1st was horrible.

My husband and I both are frequent flyers here. LOVE the staff. They do a wonderful job and make you feel like family.

Staff is great--very knowledgeable and professional. Clean facility with equipment to help you rehabilitate quickly.

It was a great experience friendly people who are generally concerned about your well-being and recovery I recommend it to anyone who needs help with strengthening and mobility.
