I am perplexed by how this office can effectively serve patients given their poor communication and horrific phone skills. I scheduled an appointment six weeks in advance because they were completely booked, only to receive a call a few weeks later informing me that all appointments were canceled due to being over booked. I was advised to contact my insurance to find another doctor, which I did. However, I was surprised to receive a text confirmation for the original appointment the day before it was scheduled. When I replied to cancel, the front desk called me, and the representative was extremely irate, though I am unsure why. I explained that I had been informed of the cancellation previously. She stated that I should not have been canceled and insisted that I needed to listen to her about how they had to honor appts made before June 1st… how is that relevant to me? I informed her that I had already seen another doctor weeks ago. Their inability to communicate within their organization is not my concern. I feel for any patients who need immediate care, or have no other options but to be seen here. Dignity should provide comprehensive training and more staff to service patients. I blame this interaction on failed leadership and inadequate training on how to speak to patients with compassion and concern.

I had an appointment today and it was not even close to what the oter reviewers are saying.Right from the receptionist to the actual therapist it was an amazing experience.Pam the therapist who saw me was very thorough in my examination and taking the history. There was no rush to expedite the time by quickly asking and doing the examination and then she spend time explaing the exercises. Thanks a lot really appreciate your time and expertise.Keep up the good work. I am a retired medical professinal and its good to see the professionalism in all of you.

My daughter needs therapy for her knee, however this office never reached out for our referral. After saying they never received it, the doctors resent it. But we were not able to get anyone to answer the phone for weeks. After finally getting through, the person said it was too late to make an appointment cause the referral would expire. However then, We were asked what Race we are. Im Absolutely disgusted with this office. Maybe I missed the day where race came ahead of care for children. If I could sue you I would for basing care on race. I will be filing a formal complaint with the city and the board of health. My guess is it will go as far as this post.

I've had numerous surgeries and have been to a few different PT offices including this office. I saw 3 different therapists and all were good but Patti was the best. We worked on exercises to help me with lower back pain and a gait issue and when I said certain exercises were too hard or causing any other issue, she said stop those and gave me others that worked perfectly. She helped me strengthen my muscles and explained why I was given the exercises. I asked questions and she answered them. To help with the pain, Pain Management gave me two injections and the first one gave me relief for several months but second didn't last long. Pattie worked with me throughout those injections. After all the non-surgical therapies were tried, I needed to have spinal surgery. About six weeks ago, I had spinal fusion surgery and it has worked wonderfully. Back pain is gone, tingling and numbness in feet are gone, strength is returning. When cleared for PT, I asked my referral be made to this PT office. I called today and asked to have Patti as my PT. I have full confidence that she will help me make the best possible recovery. She is nice, compassionate and good at what she does. Can't wait to strengthen my body to get back to all my activities.

The physical therapist I worked with was very nice and helpful however the rest of my experiences at this facility were very unpleasant. I found the person at the front desk handling appointments and sign-ins to be so unfriendly and abrupt that she is the main reason I stopped going here. I should mention that was sometime ago and she may not (hopefully) be working there any more. The other reason I quit going was the facility was small and didn't have enough privacy. I would have given it only 1 star but since my doctor felt this was a good facility and recommended it, so I gave it an extra star. I feel the facility at Mercy Hospital is much better although it too lacks privacy.

I worked with a few therapists a few years ago, and it wasn’t bad- they were good but my health was more complicated than they could manage with an ultrasound. I came back last year and worked with Patti and it’s taken this long for me to talk about it without it bringing me to tears. I was transitioning to ambulatory wheelchair use due primarily to Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome and pain from generalized hyper mobility. My first session with Patti she gave up on me when I couldn’t do the squats she wanted me to. I slipped to the floor and she walked away from me in frustration. My next session I thought if I explained my pain situation better it wouldn’t go so bad. I was crying in pain from a subluxation while on an elliptical she wasn’t supposed to have me on as she explained to me that since I made it to physical therapy for pain relief then my pain clearly wasn’t “crippling.” Be careful trusting these people with your well-being.

I have been to this business many times because it's where I get sent due to being in this medical group. Consider yourself lucky if you get an appointment before your referral or authorization expires and while you still have whatever symptoms require treatment. The phone and appointment system is almost impossible as others mentioned. Last time I was seen here they continued treating me in a certain way although it wasn't helping and caused me pain of an unpleasant kind, not the getting better kind. They couldn't explain the rationale for treatment and I asked them to please treat me not the diagnosis only. I anticipate surgery in the future and the thought of dealing with this organization makes me tired. They are also usually understaffed. I'm researching options for PT because the doctor I'm seeing said he couldn't help with these problems with this clinic and to look up things online after surgery. PT is important for recovery and this place doesn't seem able to work out a way to help improve their procedures.

PT office did fine. Parked my car in the designated parking area. I ran next door after my appt to pick something up which took me less than 5 minutes & there was a man standing next to my car. I told him I just had a PT appt & ran next door real quick. He went on & on about me not parking there & threatening me that he could have me towed in less than 2 minutes. I got in my car as he continued to harass me & then follow my car. They were closing & the parking lot was empty. I understand it's parking only for that building but he was very unprofessional.
