I've had rehab services in many places ..none compare to Mercy Hospital. Lucia is the finest therapist I have ever had. She identified my problem and has me walking more normally. At check in, Anita is pleasant and has great patience. I am grateful for the entire wonderful staff

As a patient I must say this is one of the most professional places I have been to in my recovery journey, starting from the young lady that answers the phone and sets appointments she is one of the most empathetic and kindest humans I've ever met, I couldn't make my appointment and she even called as to inquire if I was alright after explaining my situation she proceeded to show me empathy and for that I will always be grateful, she even rescheduled my appointment without hesitation, now to the staff the physical therapist I hear how they speak to their clients and I see nothing but such professionalism, Tracey is such a sweet, professional and very knowledgeable person I am grateful for them and definitely would recommend them, nothing but class, professionialsm and empathy for their clients... I give them a five but they deserve much more than that, they earned my respect ...Thank you Mercy outpatient therapy you guys are making a difference and setting a standard!

HONEST REVIEW: The experience was great! The therapists are respectful and friendly. They make me feel comfortable during my visits. Following a few day after my visit, I was in a better state of comfort and felt better! Definitely would recommend a friend!!

Best physical therapy experience I’ve ever had! I’ve been to other PT clinics, but it just seemed rushed and I never connected with the doctors. But they’re so sweet at Mercy, they actually CARE about their patients. The PTA are awesome also! 100% recommend!

The staff at Mercy Outpatient Rehabilitation clinic are very knowledgeable and took the time out to explain my condition and exactly how they would assist my recovery. Everyone was very courteous, and the atmosphere is pleasant which made me feel welcome during the recovery process. They have a wide variety of equipment that was used to treat my back pain. I am back to 100% , able to resume my daily activities, and play at the park with the kids. I would recommend Mercy Outpatient to anyone that is in need of Physical or Occupational therapy.

Mercy Outpatient Rehab in North Miami is a Treatment Center for Physical Therapy! Dr Vernon Williams and the entire team provides service like none other. The experience starts the second you walk in the door until the time you leave. They are Professional, Respecrful, Friendly, Patient and treat each person as if you are the only one present. I got a call after my first visit to check how I was feeling, who does that anymore! I also received a call when I missed my appointment, saying, we missed you coming in and hope you are ok. My previous experience with physical therapy was like going to the gym, you sign in and follow the instructor. I am blown away with the treatment and care given at Mercy Outpatient Rehab. I am at my 6th visit and the results are phenomenal, they know what to do for your condition. They are like well oiled machines, they work as a team for the patient's greater good. I was referred to Mercy Outpatient after being involved in a car accident. The staff treated me as if I were a loved one. The therapist took extra time out to explain to me what my treatment would consist of and how long it would be before I was able to get back to living without the pains from the accident. The treatment was first class and they used a wide variety of machines and exercises to get me back to 100%. I really liked the decompression machine and hydro-table, they did wonders for my back pain. I was so pleased with the service I decided to pursue a career in healthcare.
