Very professional service. I had a hamstring issue after a yoga class. Never seemed to recover. My physical therapist Frank showed me exactly what excercises to do and I already feel better! On important thing: Call ahead of time, at time it can be challenging to get a hold of then.

I have had nothing but positive experiences the several times I have had to find myself in need of physical therapy. From my experience with scheduling with Adrienne, who was extremely kind and helpful, to the reception staff who were welcoming and efficient. Adrienne promptly returned my calls and was able to work around my schedule to get me my appointments. The reception staff is always fast and friendly. Their service was only outdone by my three physical therapists. My PTs have been thorough and effective while at the same time being supportive and kind. Having received PT elsewhere, I would definitely recommend coming here if you are in need.

If I could I would give this place 0 star. I strongly advise against wasting your time at this place. After months of trying to contact them without success, we finally managed to schedule an appointment, only to be met with appalling treatment. Despite arriving slightly late due to traffic, they refused to see us and lied about attempting to contact us earlier. The reception staff were rude and unapologetic. Save yourself the trouble and seek medical care elsewhere!!!!!!!

Good luck! I think maybe they went out of business. I have called several times in past three weeks to schedule PT without any return call.. I see my surgeon tomorrow so I will ask for PT that's open or wants to take on patients.

Just recently Erin took care of my vertigo in two visits! Spencer took care of my jaw injury in 3 visits...both are extremely knowledgeable and most importantly kind. Highly recommend.

Receptionist Adrienne wouldn't even listen to me about why I was calling, she was annoyed, kept cutting me off, and then transferred me while I was in the middle of explaining my problem. Nobody wants to call the Dr to be belittled and ignored. The physical therapists might be great, but the administration is rude. Nancy did seem to care about my issue though and let me speak the single sentence I was trying to tell Adrienne, so the entire department isn't useless. Charlotte the dept lead acted like she couldn't care less about my issue. I probably would rather just lose mobility in my hand than ever deal with this place again. If your insurance is valid anywhere else, go there instead.

They NEVER answer the phone or return voicemails. I've literally recorded each time I've called in a two month span and I've yet heard back from anyone. I simply decided to have my dr. re-direct my physical therapy referral to another location. My physical therapy has been delayed by these people for reasons I retained an attorney for. I'm not understanding how patients are seen by these people since they clearly can't call in.

The people that work here are awesome, Frank especially. The location is terrible if you can’t walk (stairs) or don’t have a motorized scooter. By the time I rolled up the huge ramp & then the long walkway to the door I was exhausted. Disabled parking is extremely difficult to get. No one in their right mind would put an Outpatient Physical Therapy location st this location! Glad I don’t have to go back.
