This place is amazing. I have a hard time trusting providers with my loved ones, more specifically my grandma. However whenever she goes here I know she will be in good hands. The ER staff is always super friendly and helpful, and every staff member that enters her room is polite and efficient. Doctors here are very thorough and will do anything to get to the root of the problem so they can fix it. Overall this place is amazing and every person I’ve taken there always leaves better than when they arrived.

Our daughter was born in April at Mercy Medical Center Mt Shasta and both the birth and the pediatric visits were excellent. Thank all the staff for their caring treatment and professionalism. Dr. Holst took wonderful care of our daughter, he is the best.

I woke up feeling a bit disoriented. I went to this hospital and the doctor thought I had an electrolyte shortage due to greater than normal exertion and more than usual water. This proved to be correct; after two bottles of gator aid I felt normal. I would give more stars, but unfortunately, the staff did not help me find the gator aid; I checked myself and found it in the hospital's vending room next to the cafeteria. Still, I am grateful for their help.

Nurse Lana, Dr Parker and all the staff were great during my recent ER visit with severe debilitating pains in my side. They first suspected kidney stones or appendicitis as I had all the symptoms but after thorough exams realized it was Shingles (I had no blisters when I was admitted) and immediately started me on anti-virals and nerve pain meds. Everyone was so kind and caring. A few days later I am feeling much better. I really liked the care I got there.

Service excellent. Kara in admitting should be promoted to sainthood. We were passing through town in our RV and they let us stay overnight for the 7:45 AM CT scan. Everyone was very helpful.

I live in San Diego, CA but I was camping up near Lake Siskiyou when I experienced intense vomiting. The staff were nice, actually listened to what I was telling them instead of cutting me off or disregarding whatever I said... They were also quick to help me. But most importantly, I appreciate that the billing department called me to update my insurance information instead of just sending me a bill. They tried to bill the VA but I'm not the active duty member so it's not through the VA. Somebody called and it was as simple as telling them I have Tricare, and they updated it. I'm use to hospitals just sending me a bill, and being next to impossible to contact about whatever issue occured. Even then, I've had some bills nearly go to collections because they didn't want to update the information. So I'm really grateful that they took the time to call to get the proper insurance information to prevent me from getting a bill.

Every one was awesome 👍. I was very ill and I had two Drs on the case bc they didn't know what was going on. They were very thorough and gave excellent care. They were kind and compassionate. My nurse Brandie was amazing! The people administering the tests were kind and caring and also had a great sense of humor, as I was very scared. The overall experience was a very good one. TY all.
