When my father first started going to Mercy Life it was wonderful at first but now I wish I didn't iever sign my father up for this program ,because I don't have much say when it comes to my father's life ,they takes over and I'm his power of attorney, The group makes the decisions and not the family don't sign up for this program, And one of the bus driver even got in my personal business and she was fussing with me,it just was a bad experience 😕 and it's hard to get out of the program and I'm the one who signed him up,I hate the day I signed him up.

This place is a joke and a scam. They are supposed to do a range of things for their elderly but instead they decide to pocket the benefits of having people in their program while they do the bare minimum. Don't trust them, they do NOT care about your loved ones.

UP to date medical care including checkups every 6 months, free medication monthly or when needed, excellent physical therapy provided if needed, free transportation to appointments, free laundry and housekeeper if needed. And excellent meals if there at mealtime. And so many more good benefits at no cost to the patient.

Ok...so at first I gave them a bad review, but I had a change of mind. ..yes the enrollment process was not the best experience. However, now that my mom is signed up for the program IT HAS BEEN WONDERFUL!....They have really put in a lot of time with my mom and have started doing multiple things for her that have made a big difference in our lives. They have completely impressed me with the list of services that they offer. They have also been really patient and understanding with my mom ( She is one of the most difficult patients to have, I'm sure). Thank You For Changing My Experience with Mercy Life... You can and do make a difference!
