High quality therapy. Competent, friendly, supportive staff. A bit too obsessed with the idea of a "pain number" though. Putting so much emphasis on a person's comfort level right BEFORE an intensive therapy session makes about as much sense as using a person's comfort level before an invasive medical procedure to determine whether to administer anesthesia. No competent practitioner would second-guess the appropriateness of pain control measures prior to performing the latter. So why for the most part would it be any more acceptable to second-guess the appropriateness of administering at least the minimum of the available options of prescribed pain medication prophylactically, so that a person's pain level doesn't intensify to the point that it inhibits their ability to effectively participate in therapy? It seems an obsolete model that may require a rethink. Other than that I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services to anyone.
