Slower than you ever thought would be possible. The initial desk is pleasant enough, very formal but not rude. The woman working behind the counter in the "clinic" however is amazingly disrespectful and rude. I was told to "just take a seat and we'll get your stuff ready in a few minutes." It was a scheduled appointment that had been set for weeks. She then preceeded to finish stories about what she ate, her date, even called another nurse out to talk to her about her new hair cut/style. She then told me after 5 to 10 minutes that they've started to work on my paper work. After another 10 minutes I finally heard her calling somebody else to ask about all of my codes, etc. Saying why I was there, etc. All of this out loud for the entire waiting room to hear. I'm amazed anybody in health care would care so little about their patients personal information. I will not be back if she is still employed.

Went there for a physical and drug screening. The nurse, I believe her name is Marilyn, was extremely rude. I asked her several questions about the paperwork and she ignored me, so I didn't even fill it out accurately. I tried to ask about the procedures and she ignored my questions. I tried to make small talk, and she ignored me. When taking the drug test, she somewhat yelled at me (mind you I'm in my 40's) to hurry up because I was taking too long, so I told her the reason I took so long is because there was urine all over the toilet, dry and wet, not mine, so I had to wipe off the seat and put toilet paper down before I was about to sit on it. I was definitely not too impressed the fact there was urine all over the toilet, made me question the cleanliness of the facilities. Her attitude and behavior during my entire exam, was painful. I would not voluntarily choose to go to this medical center because of that nurse and the lack of cleanliness, that was disgusting.

Don’t plan on doing anything else the rest of the day. I have a work requirement for a yearly physical from Occ Health and I have never left the waiting room within the first hour of arriving. Requirements for physical are never consistent- nursing staff and CNP/PA always ask for different additional items so you can never be accurately prepared. Wish they would get their stuff together!! The part I always love most about this place is when they ask what your social security number is while you’re sitting in the lobby 😂
