Mercy Health - Howland Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation

After having shoulder surgery, I was going to PT across the street from Mercy Health - Howland physical rehab. I wasn't having much luck so I called Mercy to get an appointment with Tom Dunlap there. He worked with me on previous back issues and did a great job so I was hopeful. It was a great decision. Tom listens and develops a plan to get you going again. I am further along after three visits than I was 4 weeks at the other place. Highly recommend the place and especially Tom Dunlap.

Very poor service at the front desk. Left a patient waiting for 1.5 hours and never checked with them or let their doctor know. When asked about it they were very snide.

This place was great. Didn't have to wait long. Staff put me at ease. Nice facility. Everything was explained properly. Definitely would recommend
