Mercy Clinic Sports Medicine - River Valley

Not sure how the actual doctor experience will be, but the referral/scheduling staff is very rude and awful to deal with.

I’d like to say I have been here to be able to give this review but sadly, I’ve been calling every day for two weeks trying to make an appointment for my son. I have sent medical records twice and they state they didn’t receive them or the medical records employee is out and they will not make an appointment without reviewing this record first. After two weeks of calling daily I decided to call tulsa bone and joint and got an appointment for the next week. This is terrible service and I am finished begging for an appointment. Ridiculous!
