The care that my family gets every time we have to go is always knowledgeable, kind and understanding. They answer every question and very helpful.

Dr. Collins was rude and condescending. Treated me like I was stupid for asking a simple question. Told me I said one thing when I had said the opposite. I was rushed and basically kicked out of the room.

Front staff short and not friendly. Dr Patrick walton was rude and uncaring. Very bad experience for me.

Rudest people I've ever encountered while trying to get my surgery set up. No compassion, no mercy. They made me never wana have to go here for anything. I'll definitely choose Tulsa orthopedics where they have common compassion and decency! I'll be saying a prayer for the rude receptionist on the phone today, too. God Bless our wonderful country and all who are in it.

I begin coming here December 2021 and it was a good decision hands down, Leslie Furman and Dr Bradshaw are the best they really are working for you and care about your needs. Nathan and Katlin go above and beyond to take care of you as well so does the staff at the front desk and imaging. Can't understand why so many reviews complain about the staff I seem to believe it might just be them especially when you have a attitude and are barking demands I've been behind a few folks like that, but I will continue to receive care at this clinic.

So I've been going here for a couple years for chronic knee issues and didn't have too much of a problem until I started having a joint separations in both shoulders and I was scheduled about 3-4 weeks in advance and they straight up cancelled my appointments the day of while my injury is heavily stopping me from being able to work. So they set me out for an entire month with nothing to say but "do you want the new appointment or not." It's just ridiculous.

Dr Garlow and Dr Grimes are the best Orthro doctors I’ve ever had! They are so knowledgeable and have the best bedside manners of any doctor I’ve ever had! They will be the only orthopedic doctor to ever work on me! But let me brag on my nurse I had after I had surgery today I had to stay in the Orthro Hospital for 24 hours of observation! My nurses name is Kathy and she is a true professional! She legitimately cares about her patients and goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything or anything you might need or want!! I seriously can’t imagine there being a better nurse or a couple Doctors anywhere in this country then the ones I have right now!! I couldn’t be anymore happy and pleased!! I have no problems with Dr Garwlow and his assistant also his nurse they all been nice very wonderful. He has always been straight up with me and does everything he can before surgery is recommended. Never sugar coats anything. I would highly recommend him to anyone or my friend. I also have no compilants with staff or hospital they always made me feel at ease everytime been in there I will say that I've been in thereore times I would like but thankful they are able to put back together
