I visited for a workman's comp accident at Mercy. The doctor took an x-ray. X-rays do not show imflammation . Was to return at a certain date and to go to the front. Asked the girls if they needed my summery paper, they said no. I told them I'm supposed to return in a certain amount of days. They looked at me as if I were crazy. I asked if they scheduled me for a return a ND they told me yes, I asked if it's going to show up in My Mercy, of course they said yes. Well I asked when I come back and the told me date and time. Not sure if the girls didn't save it in the computer or not, but it never showed up that I have an F/U or anything. Gzzz thank God the date and time stuck in my head. Where's the perfessionalism of Mercy?

This is the most awful healthcare facility I’ve ever been in. I went in to try to do a physical for a new job and it took over six trips to get everything taken care of because the doctor didn’t sign in page they were too busy to take me they didn’t do certain things on Fridays the nurse told me one thing and I come in and she was lied or was wrong. They acted like I was crazy when I said what the nurse told me and then there was no way she had said that. I wouldn’t send my worst enemy here. Every time I went I had to wait forever and I was nothing more than patient and nice. It shouldn’t take 6+ trips to do s physical. Maybe next time if you don’t know something for sure ask a supervisor or another nurse Before telling a patient.

Waited for 45 minutes before they told my there was an issue with my paper work. Waited on me to bring it to their attention. Completely un-organized and the front desk receptionists don’t have a lot of situational awareness and they are not respectful of your time. They need to be proactive and if there are issues with paperwork, they need to address them and not hope it works itself out.

I recently had a physical, hearing test and some blood work done. Everyone was very easy to talk to and competent as far as I could tell. I was in and out in no time. No complaints here.

Dream weaber leave a review 5 year ago and still spot on but now there doing it whit cdl driver had physical done 3 weeks ago from another company and approved for 2 years and came here for a pre-employment physical dot, only got it approved for 6 months because they’re ‘concerned’ ( word of scam to bring more revenue to their pockets ). Just go somewhere else and save you all the trouble i got to go now just to go back to the 2 years physical dot.

I will say, I am not usually this outspoken but it seems this place along with all other "Sparks" stuff has a history of mistreatment ..this place, the staff and Mr. Dr Clark are way off base..they treat you like you are below them, VERY Rude ! Aaand Mr. Dr Clark will smile and greet you and then use his position to help fund all his "Sparks" medical buddies at your expense, all under the so called "New Insurance Regulations"..He Does Not deserve the respect as a doctor..I will not go there and I would not recommend them to anybody..They take advantage of seniors all under the pretense of being concerned..its pretty pathetic...If you are from out of town, go to Mercy on Rogers Ave..If you are from here I would say changing medical centers is not a bad idea..

I would say taking over 3hrs just to get a physical is completely outrageous. You might think about hiring some more staff. RIDICULOUS

It takes 3 hours for something that should be in & out. It's literally the worst place I've ever had to get a physical from.
