Merced Physical Therapy

I don’t recommend for anyone to work or come here, as pinky was very unprofessional, rude, and while talking to her rolled her eyes and failed to understand where I was coming from. She was very passive aggressive and makes you feel unworthy as a massage therapist, and along with her assistants make you feel unwelcomed into the environment.

I didn't have a good experience. Kind of obnoxious folks. Ringing phones, loud conversations, a lady coughed in her hands then proceeded to work out with a ball. Gross, the ball was then placed back on the shelf by tech without cleaning it. IDK why people are so lame. Respect others. And people, please stop coughing into your hands, use elbow or tissue. So nasty!

The young lady working today 11/28 was very unprofessional, we told her we had an appointment today she said “you do🤨” the whole first experience was awful for my brother will not be going back! They even offered a free massage when we left 🤦🏻‍♀️

They only take cash and did not tell me that at any point in time before or during the visit, was only informed after. If I would have known this I never would have went there in the first place. The treatment was a joke and I do not recommend going here.

This is the third time I've been here. The atmosphere is very relaxing, very clean, the staff and Pinky are very attentive, kind and understanding

Merced physical therapy has wonderful staff that care about their clients. They take their time to explain any questions or concerns clients may have. If your feeling terrible they encourage you and make sure you dont over work the area your having physical therapy on.

Very caring staff. They are 100% committed into getting you better and moving the proper way. The atmosphere is very calming and relaxing.
