Merced Nursing & Rehabilitation Center

They work with My mom therapy Monday through Friday and she improving a lot, but they open doors from my mother. Amen.

My daughter just got there her room is dirty bed was not even clean from the last person who was there. They didn't give her breakfast today and when she ask why they said maybe because they don't know she they're? And she asked for water and had not gotten it yet is been an hour. Dirty room. My daughter found out last night from another person that the lady who was in the bed they had died and they had her sleep in the bed without changing the bedding 👀 Ooo.

This was my 1st CNA job I loved that were understanding and patient with me and in teaching me how to become a better CNA. Thank you for the support I appreciated this job as the 1st stepping stone i took in health care the skills i learned here have helped me in my transition goodbye Merced nursing and rehab ♥️ 🙂

They have made alot of staff changes for the better witch has improved the facility...... im a family member of current patient.

Merced Nursing is taking good care of my sister.
