Whoever the new hire is just cost you a customer. My brother died a week into me starting treatment. I was out of town alot and honestly didn't feel like doing anything let alone go to the gym or spend alot of money on medication. 2 charges of 65 were pulled out of my account and I nicely explained my situation and attempted to get a refund but the "new guy" didn't care and gave me the run around. So I ceased going there and probably won't be back. I'd recommend just going to your pcp they will do same thing without a "monthly subscription"

Great place to get your overall health checked. Very patient and understanding. Everybody’s got a good sense of humor they take the time get to know you, you also get there undivided attention for your entire appointment.10/10 recommend
