I just wanted to make a special review for Dr Kim ~ He is a Dentist at the Mendocino Coast Clinic. I told him I wanted do something that lets the world know that he is appreciated and shortly after I had gotten so busy with life that I had forgotten over and over until now to sit down and write this. Dr Kim is a Master at his craft ~ I told him while observing him working on my sons teeth how much I am grateful from my heart for his true honor and love and respect he seems to give to each individual patient. Even though he is one of the only Dentists in the office and has patients lined up to see him; He patiently worked on my son and made *Certain* With Love - The job was done properly. I explained to him that I am a Master Healer and Teacher and I honor the work that he does and how he treats each individual patient and his assistant explained to me that that is how he teaches her to be and the others in the office; She said “He tells us to treat every single one of them as if they are your son or your mother or your grandfather because it could be them one day and how would you want them to be treated.” I give Honor where Honor is due. Dr Kim is of excellence. I highly recommend. ✨

My first experience at this clinic was incredibly positive. The process was smooth, the nurse was utmost professional, and there was no long waiting time—I was in and out within 30 minutes. Looking forward to future visits with such efficiency!

I have been consistently impressed by all of the branches of the coast clinic that my family has used - medical, women's health, pediatrics and dental. All have been efficient, friendly, professional and really helpful and upfront about costs and insurance. Short waits in the waiting room, friendly staff, clean offices. The only reason for the four stars rather than five is that I've had trouble reaching them on the phone and getting call backs, particularly for the dental side. They are super busy so appointments for non urgent things need to be scheduled well in advance but it seems reasonable given how many people they serve. When my partner had a more urgent problem he was able to be seen same day during the walk in clinic but for non urgent things you have to just wait your turn. They provide such valuable services to our community, I'm a really big fan.

Worst clinic I have ever been to, Discussed with there lack of care and caregiving. They let my 84 year old mother go without any pain medication after dealing with them for a month Dr. Golden has the worst bedside manners of any dr. I’ve ever met. The way he treat my son. Now how he is treating my mom??? Sick S.O.B. Must love pain!!! Pulling my son and my mom out of this low life practice and filing a complaint with the medical board and whoever else I can find to shine the light on this discussing service we have on the Mendocino Coast🤬

Make you wait a loooong time. Then argue with a doctor about blood pressure is high. Stress does this. doctor insists they put you on high blood pressure meds. After two days my blood pressure was so low I could barely move. I tried to tell him but he was too smart for me. Obviously knows more about me than I do about myself. Dangerous attitude. Arrogance runs rampant. Go somewhere else.

I want to express my gratitude to the caring people at the Clinic. After going to the emergency room at the hospital for some breathing problems, they called me the next day to see how I was doing and to ask if I had any questions that hadn't been answered during my visit. When I said that I did, they had one of the doctors phone me for a lengthy consultation, where she took the time to deal with my concerns, and then to order several follow-up tests that wound up pointing to some serious problems I am now dealing with. If they hadn't followed up the way they had, I doubt I would have made much effort to seek out further medical attention on my own, as I've never been seriously ill, and it just didn't occur to me that I could be now.

My first visit today due to my dentist retiring and having an implant problem.Vanessa was so knowledgable on the phone when I called for an appointment. After the exam I was referred out of town- she even called the oral surgeon. Great staff at the clinic.Clean well run. Thanks

Wife went in to the dentist balling she explained that she hadn't been able to sleep or eat for two days. She told the dentist that the pain was a solid 8/10. Xrays didn't show anything so she must be mistaken on which tooth hurts, they tell her as they send her home with nothing for infection or pain. Come back in a couple months. Wife went to Booneville today after the pain capped at 10. Being qualified dentist's there they immediately recognized the problem. Coast clinics had put a filling in too deep and killed her root nerve and pulp. They infection was so bad when removing the pulp that the doctor brought co-workers to see it. Coast clinics acted like my wife was a nuisance bc she was crying in pain. Even told her mother, when she called n gave them a piece of her mind, that it seemed more of a mental health issue not her tooth. I hope everyone reading this goes to Booneville or Willits Coast clinics and hospitals are a real joke.
