There was a PA working in the Walk-in clinic several years back that was HORRIBLE! I'm pretty sure she moved somewhere else...thank goodness! Over the past 2 years I've had to rely on the walk-in clinic frequently, and I've received excellent care each time! The staff are all courteous and knowledgeable. Dr. Forrest is a fantastic physician, the ARNPs are as well! Highly recommend!

I asked for a referral a month ago so I could start seeing my counselor that’s very much so needed and I still have yet to get them to do their job and assign me a pcp or get the referral to my counselor. They do as little as possible.

Was very unsatisfied with this facility. Took my 11 month old because it was a weekend and his peditrician was closed and they said it was first come first serve, yet 3 people who checked in after me got called back first. Receptionist was very short and rude. My baby being a baby smacked the wall three times before I turned him around and told him no and gave him his toy. PA came out and said that him hitting on the wall could be heard back there very rudely. So we moved to the other side of the room to look out the window. We then went back and she said yeah its a viral rash, we talked her into looking at his throat...so she tested him for strep, which was negative. She said she was gonna give him a round of antibiotics since he had a red throat. I told her he was pulling at his ears and few other things. And she stated she wasnt going to sit there and try to find out exactly what it was but would give him a round of antibiotics to knock out whatever it is. Taking him to his actual pediatrician today. DO HAVE TO SAY THE NURSE WE SEEN WAS VERY NICE AN GOOD AT HER JOB!

Tripped and ripped open my hand during the Cossatot Trail 1/2 Marathon which required stitches in my hand. Admissions, the nurse and doctor were very friendly and personable! I was all taken care of in less 1 1/2 hours!

Dr gave me tests for flu and strep. Both come out negative. He said my tonsils looked bad. So he prescribed me antibiotics. So I ask him, what do I have....he says, well just gonna call it strep?!?!?!?!?! Also, they sent my meds to wrong pharmacy!! So I go another day with no meds.

Not real clean, I caught Covid from there twice.

I was treated with kindness and respect by all. They were very capable and worked very hard to ensure I received the best healthcare.
