I absolutely love Miller Children's! I've had multiple amazing experiences here at this hospital! All of the staff, nurses, and doctors are all so friendly and caring and understanding. I recently had to spend 4 days in the hospital here and every day was another great experience! The nurses and doctors did such a good job at helping us to understand everything going on and talking us through the process and diagnosis and procedures. Thank you Miller Children's ❤️

13 hour visit for them to say my daughter is constipated . My daughter had lots of pain and even had high blood pressure at urgent care -they recommended this horrid place to me . She kept puking everything including water and was weak . I could barley hold her for the bathrooms on occasions . A nurse asked why did i get her a wheelchair and judged my decisions . When i was at urgent care they saw how weak she was and happily handed her a wheelchair- no questions asked . It seemed no matter how much i advocated for my daughter they grew annoyed. A doctor said we want to see how she did with a medication for her vomiting but she has to eat right after - they said they would bring food and they never did!! When i called for the food (AN HOUR LATER)a nurse came and said we will bring it later(THEY NEVER BROUGHT IT EVEN AFTER TWO HOURS)saying they were busy w another patient and that they will bring it later . Again, never brought it. seemed like they were done with us but didnt even help . MRI's and ultrasounds took an eternity . I will never come back. Some nurses were kind and attentive but some acted like we were their mortal enemies. They held us in a room for so long - they could have either cut it short and gave the room to someone else if it was just constipation . Or actually tried to work with us . BUT NO !!! They held us up and everyone else. I took the steps to go to urgent care first to see if she really needed emergency help- and she did need it. Just for these people to brush her off and treat us unkindly .

Very good hospital And the Employees/Staff were very kind,Also the food was a bit good, I did like how they treat their patients,I went there for surgery at first I didn’t really trust them but at the end i did trust them,Most of the staff were funny in a way i liked that.

I loved this hospital but only thing. They should not be charging for parking if we have to go to the emergency room asap. Hospitals shouldn't charged parking. People just wanna go quick if they feel bad. And some of us can't afford it. I'm struggling to find a job.

Terrible experience, I won’t bring my children here again. Pediatrician directed me to Miller’s Children’s Hospital when she suspected my daughter could have appendicitis. She was vomiting, high fever, and extreme stomach pain (she was screaming as I brought her in to the hospital). They took an ultrasound and left her screaming in the waiting room for 6 hours. They wouldn’t provide any fever meds or anti-nausea meds until a dr saw her, but also said it could be another 6 hours for that to happen!!! My daughter’s fever went up to 103, she wasn’t crying tears anymore (clearly dehydrated), and was doubled over holding her stomach… so we left! I had to get her some pain meds! I took her elsewhere for help. No one looked at her ultrasound! No one would give her help of any sort and said it would most likely be another 6 hours! And to top it off, I’ve been sent a bill for my daughter receiving NO CARE. Absolutely ridiculous. My daughter’s doctor just told me she needs to be taken in to Miller’s for a procedure… nope, we’re going up to LA for care.

My sister in law gave birth here and I went to go visit her. I found the staff very kind and cheerful. My sister in law was very well taken care of from the staff. The hospital looked clean and well maintained. Parking was very accessible. There was plenty of signage to know where you are going and if you got lost there was staff always directing you to the right place.
