Horrible place. I’m not sure why no one else has left a review lol. The wait time is crazy long. At least 2 hours. So come prepared. This is horrible since most people are here to do a drug test. I see people keep going to reception to get an update on the wait time and of course they are of no help. I don’t know much more about the place. Just be ready to wait, don’t over do it on the water and you will have to pee a few times by the time they see you. And by then, you won’t have any pee left.

The wait time is always over 2 hours with an appointment. I really dislike that they put me in a room without being checked on for over 1.5 hrs. I always leave my appointments feeling anxious and frustrated. It doesn't feel good to not know when they're actually going to come back into the room. This has been an ongoing issue..either they're overlooking or don't have enough providers. All the providers I've seen are kind, and knowledgeable. All the staff is friendly, but I do not recommend this place due to the wait times, unfortunately this was set up by my employer.

I was nervous coming in after reading all these reviews but my visit to MOM was very pleasant. I went in Friday morning as a walk in and waited about 30 minutes before being seen. Everyone was very kind to me, especially one nurse whose name I didn’t get and the guy who does the functional capacity evals. Spent about 2 hours here which I expected for a doctors office. When I left, the lobby was a lot fuller so I would recommend coming in early. Overall had a good experience :)

The wait is ridiculous .. whether you are in the waiting area or in a room .. I’ve been here for my worker’s comp and every “appointment” has been no less than 2-3 hours! Absolutely crazy and it doesn’t matter what time I’m here. If you have different options do your research and avoid this office!

Dr ALVIDREZ treated me from day 1 with respect and understanding my injury. Everyone is very nice front office and back office always smiling. Laura the referral coordinator is professional and gets the job done asap. Kelly is the sweetest more caring and professional she always busy but that doesn't keep from her treating you with a smile. I am very happy with the care.

You will wait here for hours even with an appointment. Bring a portable charger and activities to keep you busy for a couple of hours and clear your calendar for the rest of the day in order to make it. Good Luck 🍀

These reviews really scared me, but after going to my appointment today I know they’re wrong! The staff were super welcoming and friendly. I came in around 7:20 am and was out an hour later (hep b vaccine & xray). I can tell they weren’t super busy since it was very early, so that may be why it was a nice experience. Still, shout out to the staff, you guys were amazing! Thank you!!

I am the most patient person - but this place will disrespect your time like no other business. They will set appointment times but they have nothing to do with what time you’ll be seen. I went at opening once and still didn’t see anyone for 2 hours. They’ll put you in an empty room by yourself for HOURS. And if you come out to see what’s going on you’ll get met with huge attitudes. When they drew blood they got my blood all over the place. They had to redo my EKG multiple times for some reason. They had me produce a sample and then made me walk around holding it until I finally found someone who worked here to tell me what to do with it. And for 2 minutes of actual time with a nurse or doctor the appointment can take 5-6 hours. I wish I was exaggerating. I’ve had about 10 appointments here so far and if I had the option to switch I would.
