What a joke this place didn't even to bother to check my prescription medication and told the employer that I failed which is not a true statement. My lawyer will be contacting their legal department.

I was VERY pleased with how they handled my recent work related injury. The entire staff was very professional, upbeat, and pleasant. Special shout out to my doctor, Heather O'Hara, and her assistant, Brooke, because they made the process of removing my stitches nearly painless. Dr O'Hara has a very calm, & relaxed vibe about her that shows you she truly cares about her profession, and the people she treats. The facility itself is very clean. Nothing negative to my experience whatsoever.

If I could give zero stars I Absolutely would.Terrible experience my son's father and I got a dna test from Memorial occupational health Me and my child's father were not on good terms but I still agreed to do a dna Test. Thinking that this was a professional place of business. my son's father and my baby are the only ones that got tested because that's what he requested. I was not tested, but I did have to sign consent for my newborn child. thinking very much so that I would be a part of the process. a week later. My son's father. Sent me a fake blank dna test that said the year 2020 on the bottom. I knew this test was fake because it was 2023. my child's father has tried to commit paternity fraud instead of sending me an actual copy of the results that he got from Memorial occupational health he sent me a fake screenshot of a DNA test that he got offline So I reached out to memorial occupational health to request a copy of my results. They refused to allow me access to my results They said that because I wasn't on the account And my child's father and the baby were I would have to ask his consent To see the results. Which my son's father refused and insisted that the 2020 test was what he got from them. Because my child's father refuses to allow me to see the results I haven't seen them. I have Filed a lawsuit against the owner of this company On behalf of my child and myself I've also filed a complaint with the board And will have them subpoena to access my results Memorial occupational health helped my child's father commit paternity fraud. My child is a minor. Who can't defend himself. And had I known that I wouldn't be allowed to access my child's results I would have Never involved my Innocent Baby in something so fraudulent. i wouldn't have trusted or agree to have them handling a situation that is so Important and delicate in mine and my son's life I would strongly not recommended anyone using Memorial occupational health.

I am here at least once a week for work they are always speedy, professional, and polite even when the people you bring in are not always pleasant. They do great work and always have an upbeat attitude. The ladies at the front desk and workers deserve a pat on the back and maybe a snack machine! The chairs could be more comfortable though.

Our company has used OCCHealth for our yearly exams for more than 3 years. The staff is great! Sandy and Shelby do an excellent job and do well working together with the other staff. They are friendly and understanding. Great job! Now my nurse….she’s a whole-nother story! Christine is top notch. I get lucky enough to have her every time! She is knowledgeable and kind. She makes the time fly by with conversation while still doing her job. Plus she knows her job well and moves through the process quickly. My company has wanted me to go somewhere else before but I always jump through the hoops to come here to deal with the exceptional staff! Jamie was excellent too! She was the nurse practitioner performing the actual physical. She was kind, quick, and thorough. I can’t say enough good things about the staff! Excellent!!!

Sandy and Shelby are the front desk receptionist and they’re amazing. They have wonderful customer service skills. They’re willing to help with any questions or concerns. These ladies are bomb!! I really enjoy talking to them when I come in the office!!

Don't come here if you're on a tight schedule I been here for hour and half just for a DOT PHYSICAL

This is now run by Springfield Clinic. If you need your records from Memorial, Memorial is trying to figure out who is responsible for releasing the records. The records are in limbo until the suits get it figured out. I was not notified of the change from Memorial to Springfield Clinic.
