From the moment I walked into that office until the moment I left I was greeted with smiles, professionalism and knowledgeable people. I was treated with dignity and respect. Dr. Guanche is an excellent physician and communicator and explained her assessment of my issues with great detail. The X-ray technician and the medical assistants were both excellent.

I was researching for a pain Dr that specializes in spinal problems. Dr Guanche was recommended by a friend. Yesterday I visited her for first time. She appears to be very knowledgeable, she listened to my explanation and reviewed all my test results. She explained very well the 3 best procedures for my problems and recommended which to try first. I am very happy with her approach. Also the staff in that office are really good and accommodating. I recommend Dr. Gouache 100%.

Dr. Guanche truly takes the time to listen to needs and concerns of her patients. I felt heard and cared for. Her staff was incredible. It was my first time being seen by her but I am a patient for life.

I had a great experience with Dr.Guanche today. She asked questions, she listened carefully to me and explained my medical issue that she has been taking care of. She was thorough in her explanations, we discussed my history and gave me a plan for the future. She was very much aware of my condition today and a positive way forward. She did not come in to the room cold, she had reviewed my chart. Made me feel like she cares.

Very kind and attentive. She did not make me feel like I was just a number. Highly recommend her to anyone who needs her services.

this doctor order an MRI but couldnt follow up with me . she always busy and send you to the nurse practitioner. if she cant follow up why she still acept new clients ? be prepared to wait a lot and the staff. is not friendly .

Dr. Guanche has a wonderful bed side manner and is extremely knowledgeable in her practice. All of her staff are friendly and helpful. Grateful to have her as my back specialist.
