Patient experiences
The Receptionist in the back where the (Hand)physical therapist on the 2nd floor of Highland is very rude and unprofessional. If she has to be the first point of contact in order to see a therapist upon a Dr referral, I’d rather be in pain. But I must say I handle it very well today but I tell you the truth!!!!!!!!
Melesa is a caring OT, but she went too far in my treatment by crossing the line trying to diagnose my ongoing pain, as if she were a doctor! That is a problem with many therapists. She accused me of just not doing my exercises as I begged to see the Doctor. I now have to have surgery. I am reporting her to the state medical board! having to h
