Megan is AMAZING!! She was very thorough and explained everything so well. You can tell she is passionate about her work and enjoys what she does. She goes above and beyond, I would 100% recommend her. Granite Orthopedics is such a nice place as well. All their staff is so nice and welcoming. It was a great experience overall.
Absolutely love Granite Orthopaedics. The doctors and all staff are extremely professional and caring, they take their time explaining diagnoses and treatments. Wonderful experience with Dr Richardson and his team during hand surgery, very low stress environment and lighthearted conversation during the procedure made it 'almost enjoyable'! Megan was very knowledgeable and helpful during my follow up appt two weeks later. Scheduling team and reception staff are very professional and efficient. Highly recommend Granite Orthopaedics without reservation! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Megan was a delight to meet with. She was, compassionate, patient, and informative. She took the time to address all my concerns and questions. She repeated instructions for follow-up care. I appreciate that because it helps me remember things better. I did not feel rushed, and I felt that she was sincerely interested in my case.
Megan is profressional, friendly and very helpful. I learned a lot from our visit. This would be 5 stars, but the appt was very late. I dont normally have that issue with Granite Orthopedics, so maybe was an issue that was unavoidable. Looking forward to working with her later this year.
Front desk staff is always friendly, helpful and smiling. Megan Sitrin answers my questions, gives me suggestions and reminds me that healing takes time (not just 2 months). I feel like the staff that works with me is very committed to providing good service and ample time for patients. I love going to Granite Orthopedi.
Megan is great. She is caring, gentle when giving you an injection in your knee, and takes time to explain care choices. Have gone to her for a while and she is the best!
