I called the clinic to reschedule my baby’s appointment because we couldn’t make it on that day so after I talked to the staff she said she can move it at the nearest available date. So I’m relieved that I was able to reschedule not far from the original appointment but after a day before the appointment I didn’t receive a text message so I called and they said I didn’t book an appointment so we have to wait 2 months for the next appointment available!! Smh

front check in desk....4 people in the front/ second visit and there is lack of customer service and engagement. I left feeling like I'm just interrupting the gab fest?! ! I was weighed with heavy boots on and holding my bag containing a book/tablet putting me 10lbs + over Medical assistant staff asks questions your chart answers. I do like my dr....through and honest. Only reason I come back.

Consistently changing or cancelling appointments without notice. I have taken time off work many times only to be told my appointment had been cancelled, changed to another date or entered incorrectly with a doctor who was not taking patients. Very unprofessional.

I was trying to make an appointment cause I get ingrowns, and they hurt. I needed to see the foot doctor right away. I am very thankful to the front desk for asking me for a number they could reach me in case anybody canceled their appointment to see the foot doctor. It is more convenient when they can give me a call than me to have to remember to call back. They helped me and I appreciate it very much!!!

I have had a mixed feeling about this place. Some staff are friendly but the processes are not followed. You have to call to make sure they do what they say or you won't get the referral you need. I'm very unhappy with the current situation my husband is in with their care. I've filed a grievance and would not recommend if at all possible GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! Will be filing a complaint against Dr. Langi. Zero star is more like it. Staff does not listen and you have to keep calling and repeating yourself. No office manager will get on phone or call back. ALWAYS IN A "MEETING". HUGE RED FLAG.

Terrible service! Don't waste your time. Find a better place. Why do they even bother scheduling at a certain time ,if you will be called to a room more than an hour later.

I receive great care here! The reception is attentive and understanding. My Doctors take very good care of me. If there’s an issue they can’t figure out I’m always sent to the best care for the required field. I don’t think people understand how talented the Doctors are that come to work in our community from all over and do an amazing job

I’m from king city and I avoid going to this clinic as much as possible. I rather take the drive to greenfield because most of the receptionists here are rude. They always have an attitude when making and appointment or when checking in.
