MedStar Health: Physical Therapy at Leisure World

I am very pleased with the physical therapy that I’ve received at Leisure World. I have had to visit the clinic for several years for various health issues and have experienced nothing but the best of care. I have always requested Jessica because she“has skills” is extremely knowledgeable, professional, personable, kind, compassionate and fun! The support team was always, respectful, pleasant, helpful, friendly and polite. They understood the process and always ensured that I was comfortable. Hats off to the Receptionist as well. She has a very pleasant demeanor and always greets you with a smile and will work with you and make adjustments to meet your needs. MsMarkray

Amazing team of therapists at Physical Therapy at Leisure World. Dionne figured out my issue, we made a plan, and she guided me on integrating the necessary changes to keep my mobility. I am forever grateful, and she was a joy to work with. The whole team there was cohesive, and they helped each other out in a positive environment.

My therapist was Dionne who was a joy to work with and motivated me through my challenges and we pulled through to the other side with progress! I am now equipped to continue with the program to keep me healthier with my mobility. While I was there I noticed all the staff there are caring and interested in your well being and progress.

I had a stiff neck and sent to therapy. I had a wonderful experience there and after just 2 visits I was able to turn my head without any stiffness. The exercises I was given have helped me strengthen my neck muscles and I gained flexibility as well. I would recommend this facility and it’s staff to anyone.

The entire staff at the Leisure World therapy location is welcoming and friendly. Therapists are knowledgeable and professional providing care tailored to my needs. My physical therapists and occupational therapist have been great. Highly recommend this Medstar location if over 55 years old.

Easy access: I am in a power wheelchair, and my visit's to Medstar PT were only 10 minutes away by riding on my wheelchair. Super friendly/helpful staff: All the therapists who worked with me were very knowledgeable regarding my condition and helped me perform the therapeutic techniques which I now continue to do at home several times each week, which has improved my overall range of motion. I have used the services of Physical Therapist's many times. This has been one of the most satisfactory.

The therapists are very patient, respectful, knowledgeable and encouraging. The positive culture of the clinic is evident in the great teamwork exhibited by the therapists and the other staff.

Jessica's careful attention to my physical therapy needs has been exceptionally outstanding. It has enabled me to make great progress toward restoring my physical abilities to where I was prior to my accident and illness. Moreover, the facilities at MedStar Physical Therapy provide a calm and pleasant environment in which one can concentrate on the task at hand. The entire staff is professional, courteous, and caring.
