MedStar Health: Physical Therapy at Irving Street - Orthopedic Center

Great experience during my 8 weeks receiving therapy at 102 Irving St. NW. The entire staff were welcoming and helpful. Katie, Donna, and Jessica did a great job working with me and developing an exercise program that helped alleviate a lot of my knee pain. Definitely recommend 102 Irving St. NW. to anyone in need of physical therapy.

The exercises have helped increase my function following a knee replacement at a pace I can handle. If a movement is challenging, adjustments are made with encouragement to keep trying. I especially appreciate the resources CC has e-mailed with photos of the exercises. The PT assistants are also very personable, and maintain a positive presence in the clinic.

The experience has been excellent. I didn’t know I was having symptoms of another ailment, but Karen recognize the symptoms and suggested that I get examined. Karen & Jessica had pretty much diagnosed me before I got in to see my doctor. “Good save ladies” Thank you. Tynia Garrett

I began my journey with MSHPT a year ago and just graduated today. I had 2 major bone surgeries at the same time and I began with Chris, who was amazing. I did most of my therapy with Alice. She is an amazing human and was a huge help to my recovery. She made every trip of mine fun by keeping me laughing and in good spirits while I was doing therapy that often times had me in tears. The entire staff has been exceptionally wonderful. Thank you so much Chris, Alice, Jessica, Shelby, Audrey, James and my man Joe who was always ready with my ice. Amazing staff.

I really am enjoying my rehab time at MedStar WHC physical therapy. They have so many machines and treatment equipment. I have e just began but I am so looking forward to being able to do so much more there.

Pleasant experience talking with Ms Karen from the wheelchair clinic. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Courteous. She was professional in her handling of my sons wheelchair prescription. Very much appreciated!

This was my first experience with physical therapy, and I couldn't have had better, more genuinely concerned professionals helping me address strength and range of motion issues. Justin and Sarah were terrific. Getting an initial appointment took time, but it was worth it. As busy as the facility was, every appointment went smoothly from reception to checking out. Excellent, friendly staff throughout.
