MedStar Health: Physical Therapy at Catonsville

I received a very severe concussion due to a work injury to the point that I was genuinely concerned about permanent damage but once I started going to PT and OT those concerns lessened. Katie and Artie really helped me out. I felt like they truly cared about my recovery and me as a person. Very friendly and patient. Just genuine people. The time there was always helpful and the exercises they gave me to do at home helped me get back on my feet. I went from "I don't know what is going to happen" to having a general idea on when I'll be returning to work. They really work with you too. I've felt like the work they would have me do was pushing myself from time to time but not something I couldn't handle. They knew my limits better than I knew them myself. I'm really grateful to them both for helping me get to where I am now and I'll never forget them. Thanks Katie Thanks Artie You are amazing ~Brandon

The staff is very kind and knowledgeable. Their friendliness makes it very pleasant to come in and get treated. Since I started physical therapy I have noticed a lot of relief from the pain in my hip and I feel like I have gained a lot of strength in my hip and lower back region.

MedStar Health Physical Therapy Catonsville is the greatest PT office I’ve been to! I was treated for sciatica pain and weakness in my right hand due to brain surgery. I love all the staff there! I love how Mindy always welcomes you in like family! Kate has taught me amazing exercises for my hand, I have been doing at home and was able to graduate! Arturo is absolutely amazing! He helped take the sciatic pain completely away all while teaching so many things I can do at home. And also being there for me mentally. Rashawn and Kevin are also so great and so knowledgeable! On my very last day of therapy I just couldn’t stop crying because how much this group of people have been so supportive, knowledgeable, kind and caring and just amazing. I never met a group of people that have touched my heart as they do! I promise you they will get you better but you have to put in the work too. Even the other patients are great to be around. You all mean so much to me and I’m grateful to have got to work with each of you. I’m going to miss you all and wish you the very best!

I loved my time at MedStar Health: Physical Therapy at Catonsville. My therapist, Mr. Arturo D Miguel was first rate. He was extremely knowledgeable, and took the time to listen to my concerns and answer my question. He also helped me build a plan that was ideal for my abilities and needs, and work on it. His guidance and encouragement helped me succeed faster than I thought possible.

My therapist, Kevin, was knowledgeable. He explained to what he will do regarding my problem. The excercise he showed me was easy to follow. He was also very easy to talk to regarding my problem and was patient. I feel fine now. Thank you Kevin and keep up the good work.

Kevin listened to my complaints of hand and arm numbness. He offered a plan including exercises to help my symptoms. We concluded that I probably had a pinched nerve in my neck. The exercises prescribed will take time to alleviate my condition but do seem to be helping. I appreciate his help and recommend him highly.
