I would like to let everyone know that Medplex saved my life because without them and God my life would be completely different. The staff and doctor at the Jasper office makes you feel like family not patients.They are amazing and as soon as you enter the door they always greet you with a smile. I truly appreciate them for what all they have done for me. If you need help with your addiction Medplex in Jasper is the place to go. They will treat you like a friend and they don’t judge you or act like they are just there for the money. I personally love to go each month to them because in my eyes they are my family!!! They are the best of the best So to the staff and doctor I love you all and thank you for giving my life back!!!

I am blessed to know the doctors and nurses. They take the amount of time. That show their concerns. They all have given me and my son. The proper care. Each in different situations. We are and will continue to show our thanks. By continuing to travel over 100 mile to the MedPlex, Inc.

both dr chandler and dr brunson (along with all the staff as well) at medplex have amazing bedside manners... you actually feel like you matter here, and your not just another file folder. dr chandler is my dr here....wonderful man who always listens and validates my feelings and concerns. to anyone who needs help, i sincerely recommend medplex as a solution. Edit: another year here and I am still clean and just as happy if not more with this place and program. 5/30/17 Another edit: it’s Almost February of 2021 and Dr. Chandler is still my Dr. and he is still just amazing beyond words. I’ve never had a bad experience at Medplex. Holly and Yolanda, I just adore those two ladies. To anyone struggling and looking into options...I was an addict for 17 yrs. I tried methadone in the beginning and you couldnt pay me enough money to ever go back to that place. Suboxone has given me the chance to be me again, a me I never thought I could show this world. You deserve to be happy, and don’t ever let anyone tell you that you aren’t clean or worth something bc you have Suboxone as a “crutch”. So what. If you’re doing it, if you’re getting better and bettering yourself and living your life what does it matter. Some of us have to have that “crutch”. That’s just facts and there’s absolutely no shame in it at all unless you let the world project that shame unto you. You’re worth it. Make the call.

Quickest place with nicest people working. They do not tolerate ANYTYPE of BS DRAMA NOR "non compliance with rules" they don't hand out benzos but welcome to go wherever else just have to bring and show proof..They don't go for the I forgot my bottle or waiting list excuse either

Love going here. They saved my life and my family. I will continue to drive 3 hrs there and 3 hrs home until forever

Just started going there..but the staff was so kind..non judgemental and caring. The doctor was awesome..so concerned and cared.
