Medical West Hospital

My daughter was her for rehab therapy after receiving a surgery at another hospital. I have never seen a hospital this nasty. The nurses helped her to use the bedside toilet, after she empty the toilet she did not wash it out. The floors are nasty. The staff did not do their rounds every two hours to check on her. I have worked in a nursing home and know the routine of a nursing facility. The nurses set at the front desk talking about their patients.

I literally drove to this ER from a 25 hour flight from Bali with a swollen hand. I wasn't upset about the wait, BUT the doctor, JOSHUA DENNEY was the worse physician I've seen in my 48 years of living! The man did not show 1 millimeter of concern for my issue. He was very condescending and unempathtic. At one point during the 3 minute visit from him. I literally had to ask him, "Are you serious?" with the question he asked. I received more empathy from the flight attendants on my flight as well as the nursing staff at the ER compared to him. If I ever require the need to visit this ER I will definitely ask if JOSHUA DENNEY is on call, because I don't want to ever give him a hard dollar I've earned!!!!

When you Go to a doctor that is affiliated with medical West. They charged a $140 outpatient. Which insurance does not pay? I will never go again. I have been a patient for over 15 years now They are trying to screw me. Doctor is supposed to be no copay. And they charged me a hundred and seven dollars they have lost my business

Absolutely horrendous. They lied to me after every doctors visit saying that I did not have anything to pay that insurance covered it. Once I got home from hospital I was met with a very high bill and was given the run around about what it was for and come to find out, a large sum of that was from those doctors visits. I do not recommend this place for anyone who wants an honest hospital.

I see a lot of 1 star reviews but my experience was excellent. I was in for a heart issue overnight and the nurses, doctors and staff could not have been any more nice and professional. The building is tired looking on the inside, but no complaints on care.

First I want to say Thank you for the good you did for my family.I don't want one apple to spoil the bunch as the saying goes!! I really hope there is something can be done about employees going to icu break rooms and acting like they are at home.Cussing and loud talking.I felt they had no respect for the families there.

Not gonna lie it was an awful experience my nurse was not friendly at all and the staff acted like it was pain to deal with me and didn't care about me and were just doing everything to get me our of there hair not to mention the fact they missed they very large stone that sent me there not being able to urinate. Then my God the bill don't get me brought up on that it was $400 for what nothing as i had to go to my home town hospital to find the problem and taken care of there. I will never be going back

Parking is horrible, drove around the whole time my husband was at his appointment bc there was no parking spaces. Also the ER is filthy went one time, didn’t stay to even see the doctor bc it was disgusting.
