No matter how many people are in the waiting room I've never waited over15 min. They offer same day appts. They have orthopedic and radiology right here also

I'll start with the bad, Doctor? If you want to call him that, Jacob Blasi? Should not be in the medical field. Twice now that he talked to us(me) like I'm an idiot or below him, as if I'm a doctor and I'm stupid for not knowing all of the correct medical terminology. He turned us away and made us reschedule because he didn't have time to go over our paper work, said he has other patients to attend to do (the waiting room was completely empty). That man is completely unprofessional and has no business handling patients. The other staff is friendly and will try their best to help and get you going, appointments do go quick when made which is nice. Do yourself a favor and request someone else, DO NOT be seen by Jacob Blasi.

There is a 100% reason this place has a 2.6 rating. It all starts with the rudest old receptionist when you walk in the door. You're going to a clinic because you don't feel well and it's just unbelievable, simply unbelievable how unprofessional they are here!!! Avoid at all costs!!

I have just returned from my “appointment” I would leave a no star review if I could since I didn’t even see a doctor. I showed up early for my appt. With my service dog and two grandchildren. The nurse asked if my dog bit.I replied that he had been doing public access for two years and he would do that. I asked if she was afraid of him and she confirmed she was so I had my grandson take him. She finished up with my blood pressure and stuff and left. When the doctor came in she opened the door and stared at the dog. He stood up and she slammed the door. Then the nurse came to the door and said, through it, can you come down? I asked where and they said they were moving me to a different room and that my service dog AND grandchildren had to stay there!! I’m not a litigious person but I’m telling you why I definitely want to call an attorney. I have been discriminated against!!

This place should be shut down. They don’t care about patients they only care about profit. That’s why none of the doctors stay here longer than a year. They put you on meds get you hooked and then make you come in to see there doctors for a refill every 3 months regardless if it’s a mantainance medication. I ran out of one of my maintenance medicine that I’ve been on for about 8 years. They rescheduled my appointment because the doctor couldn’t make it. Then they refused to give me enough to get me to my next appointment with my doctor. I asked what am I supposed to do just stop taking them? The manager in charge said if I had any problems to go to the emergency room. They can get away with it because they make you sign a form that states you will see a doctor every 3 months to get refills.

I have been going to the Medical specialty center for a lot of years now, After my Dr. Retired I was worried about finding another great Dr. I was assigned to Jacob Blasi PA, Him and his nurse (LVN) Ian has been absolutely amazing regarding my care and has amazing communication with me. I really appreciate all they have done to keep me healthy. If I have questions Ian calls me and answers everyone. Thank you so much. I appreciate you both.

The clinic deserves 0 stars. The care given to my 8 yr old son was disinterested, bored, and sloppy. The PA gave us a wrist splint for the wrong wrist after declaring it a sprain. Later, after x-rays were done, it took them four days to call me back to let me know his wrist was fractured. I was told I would receive a call to schedule treatment. That never happened, either. I finally went to a clinic in Chico that treated my son. I was later surprised with an enormous bill from Orchard's x-ray department (deceptively housed within the walk-in clinic and 9.73x what I paid the other clinic where we did get treatment). Even though we went to the clinic we were charged hospital x-ray prices (the reason I avoided the Orchard Hospital portion of this facility down the street!). Strongly advise against this place.

I want to leave this review because Ive had issues with prior authorizations and other issues with a pharmacy and my insurance/medication. The people here have been courteous and prompt with answering my questions and calling me back, and I felt they truly wanted to help, especially when I really needed it. I am happy to have them as part of my health care team. At the end of the day you want people who are polite and helpful that get things done and they definitely are. A big thanks!!!
