I saw a doctor Raja for a pre-opp medical clearance for surgery. The process went very smoothly and the paperwork was handled really efficiently by his staff! I was called after I got home and informed of my results. I really appreciated the good communication that I received from Medical Park Family Care!

I don't ever do this, but hopefully I can save someone from the pain I've been going through. I have only had a short term experience with MPFC, however almost none of it has been good. I've been seen by 2 providers with this practice, the first of which has still not reached out with the test results of a scan he ordered back in February, it's now August. Both providers took leave for 17+ days, leaving no one in their stead to answer questions or help patients in the interim, leaving me without answers and in extreme pain. The receptionist can be quite rude and impatient. While they claim the patient portal leads to the quickest response time, I have several unanswered messages in the patient portal, as well as voicemails that went unanswered for months at a time. While I understand being short staffed is an issue everywhere, I'm thoroughly displeased with the dismissive nature of the staff and care, or lack thereof, that I have received here.

Zero stars really. I’ve had nothing but the worst experiences here at medical park. From inept doctors, one misdiagnosed the heck out of my condition and kept going down a misleading route, costing me a lot of money and time off work. So I went to another doctor in the practice. She ran tests but I couldn’t get a hold of the doctor to see if the results were what was causing my issue! She ghosted me! DONT GO HERE! There are other places, don’t settle for this place. You know who diagnosed and figured out my condition, which was affecting my work it got so bad, my gynecologist! A simple blood test proved I was low on vitamin D, but the inept doctors at medical Park couldn’t figure that one out! Run away from this place!

Dr Montesano is great, but the patient portal does not work for appointment inquiry. I called the front desk to confirm my appointment for tomorrow and asked if anyone ese had complained about the portal notgiving appointment info and was rudely told NO. Customer service is very rude when they do answer the phone. I have not had the same horrible experiance in person, where you are always treated respectfully. Phone staff is very unprofessional.and has me considering changing my primary care giver.

I have been a patient at Medical Park for many years. They have always provided compassionate and professional service to my entire family.

I rarely leave negative reviews but the front desk staff was incredibly rude. I called hoping to set up an appointment to be seen and before I could ask they cut me off saying they don’t give medical advice to non patients. I wasn’t calling for free advice but to make an appointment but the audacity of the front desk lady to just assume my intentions was very off putting. I wouldn’t trust a medical clinic who can’t even treat costumers with respect. Don’t go here.

I was not able to get in sooner with my regular doctor, but was able to see Dr. Raja. First visit with him for my physical checkup. Dr. Raja is great - very attentive and knowledgeable. Highly recommend him if you need a provider.

I called to try and make a new patient appointment. Lady who answered the phone was extremely rude. Demanded to know insurance and if I even checked to see if they are a known clinic with insurance. I stated yes. She sighed as if I was completely inconveniencing her and demanded date of birth of new patient. I advised her that I was making appt for my husband who only speaks Spanish. Her words “he is an adult. Why are you calling to make the appt” I responded that he only speaks Spanish. She clearly didn’t care because she said he could figure it out and call himself. I asked if there are Spanish speakers in her office to which she responded again sighing “yes”. I just hung up. So rude and won’t call again. Yelp has reviews of 2.6 which is more accurate vs probably these fake Google reviews of 4.6
