Medical Massage Clinic

Sheila is professional and very knowledgeable about bodywork massage. Being a senior I like a gentle and relaxing massage which she provides in a pleasant and calm environment. I'm an avid gardener and after a couple hours of bending, shoveling and weeding in the garden, a massage is the perfect answer to get rid of all those aches and pains. I also have some circulation problems in my legs so it's very reassuring that Sheila is an RN and has a good understanding of the circulatory system and knows what will help. After a treatment from her I feel energized and healthy!! I highly recommend Sheila for therapeutic massage.

I have been getting massage from Sheila for a couple years now and recently I really messed up my peroneal tendon. I went in for a treatment and left with my ankle feeling much less inflamed and hopeful that I can heal from this injury and train again. Not only did I get massage to quell the inflammation of my tendon, she also iced my tendon and discussed with me ways of self care to help speed along my recovery. I am definitely going back for more! :-D
