Medical Center Plus

What a joke and a waste of time. I was impressed by the advertisements on the internet sites. I showed interest and was bombarded with texts and emails about getting a free consultation. I took the bait. I drove over an hour to get there and so say I wasn't impressed is an understatement. I arrived and was taken into a "patient room". A lady created me and looked the the medical records I took on my behalf to bring. She didn't make copies but instead, laid them aside. I was told the Doctor would be in in a couple minutes. Some person came in that was training someone on how to take temperature and that was hilarious. She had no clue what she was training and after fumbling around with the trainee, told me that the doctor will be in to see me in a minute. 22 Minutes later, after listening to everyone outside the room piddling around, I decided to leave. They didn't even know I had left. What a waist of time and money. I am an attorney and pride myself on waisting my client(s) or potential client(s) time. This place is totally unprofessional and I would steer clear of it if I was considering going there.

I came to Medical Center Plus not sure what I needed for chronic back and knee pain. Nothing was helping...epidurals, corticosteroids in knee, occasional PT, chiropractic...all with different doctors and places. I was tired of going and not feeling better, not getting answers. The trip to Auburn is 2 + hours drive...not comfortable when in pain. But, after 3 weeks, it is well worth the drive. The staff welcome me from the time I set foot in the door. The first visit consult gave me the reassurance that this is what I need to heal so I can move and function daily. Each visit is well coordinated with the team of doctors, therapists, and support staff. They truly are a great team and I know that I am in good hands. I don't feel like I am being rushed through an assembly line. Thank you, to all at Medical Center Plus for having open doors and open hearts for each individual and treating us as individuals.

I had a wonderful experience yesterday. The staff was so sweet and well knowledgeable. Both doctors listened to what I had to say. I go back today. The place was easy to find. I woke up in the night with a couple things I forgot to tell them. It's probably the reason I don't get enough sleep at night, Thanks for your help. 🙏

Very professional and caring individuals andcstaff work in this clinic. I am feeling so much better now after just a few treatments. My pain level has already been reduced from a level of 9-10 to 6-7 and I look forward to more treatments which are definitely working.

I started with Dr.Willis and the staff at the clinic and I think it was the best decision I’ve ever made and I’m so glad that I did! I’m not 100%but, I’m as close as I can get with the help and knowledge,support that Dr.Willis&his staff gives to all patients it’s truly amazing! They were very thorough in getting a full picture mentally of my multiple symptoms during this first appointment, X-rays and other tests were done, and I feel confident they’ll come up with a plan that suits my needs to get my pain levels to a better place. They also had a sign out front welcoming new patients by name which was a very nice touch. Everyone was friendly and professional, looking forward to my next appointment!

I love this place! The none surgical approach to fixing my health issues is what first got my attention. And the fact that they use physical therapy techniques to combat pain as opposed to medications makes it a win/win in my book.

Every thing is. Wonderful at Medical Center Plus in Auburn Alabama. they have the best therapists so nice and kind. I just love them .
