The front desk is well staffed and very nice. The PA named Melody was fantastic. She even called a couple of days later to check back on my child for an injury. The exam rooms are teeny tiny, so if you can avoid bringing extra people that’s my only recommendation. The waiting room was not busy that day which was great because we didn’t have to wait.

Efficient, friendly, professional. Did not have high hopes for walk-in urgent care, but was very impressed with the staff and doctor.

Waste of money and a terrible experience. Dr. Curtis DID NOT prescribe adequate antibiotics to treat my infection. I was told earlier this week by the woman with the blue and black braids that Dr. Curtis could prescribe me more antibiotics without having to pay for a whole other visit. Apparently, she gave me false information. No acknowledgement and no apology. Just a really uncaring expression on her face. Would never go back or recommend this urgent care center.

Great service, thoughtful and courteous physicians attendant. Quality work. No unnecessary procedures. Diagnosed my problem correctly. Ordered my medicine promptly.

Dr. Curtis truly cares about patients and solutions. Lori is probably the kindest staff member I’ve ever dealt with. Front desk is friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend coming here.

Lily, the front desk manager was very kind, professional and knowledgable. She's absolutely amazing! Dr. Curtis went above and beyond providing me with exceptional care! He removed an embedded piece of glass in my foot. Dr. Curtis was quite thorough and made the process as pain-free as possible . He's also very kind and treated me with the utmost concern. I highly recommend his Urgent Care practice over the other Urgent Care centers in Marin. He has a secondary location that will be opening in Montecito Plaza in San Rafael. If you want a phenomenal doc with excellent skills, please don't waste your time going anywhere else!

Both staff at front desk and Dr Curtis were 100% polite, helpful, and thorough. Available, clean, modern, easy to get to, good parking. Yes, I would definitely use their service again!

I made an appointment a day in advance, I stated all my symptoms when making the appointment. I arrived at my appointment and had a copayment of $100, paid before seeing the doctor. As soon as I saw the doctor she said there was nothing they could do and the staff shouldn’t have took my appointment. Apparently they don’t have any services like lab test, blood test, ect, that the doctor would recommend even though the website list a number of services. Didn’t even offer me a refund! Wasted $100!
