It was small nice & clean, I loved the music that was playing and the front desk personnel were helpful & informative. The 1 thing that was a takeaway, I waited a long time in the room for the doctor and then she just assumed I had sleep apnea..? Maybe because I'm not a size 5. LOL. Sorry doc I do not. Nice place tho.

Went to this clinic for a pre- employment physical, this guys were prompt, and very kind. The girl who assisted me was very nice and didn’t rush me . I’ve been to other clinics for pre-employment exams and had to wait hours, I was in this clinic less than a hour. Great place if you need to attend.

I would like to say that once again( former patient) my experience at Medical Center of Marin has been nothing but fantastic in all aspects of my care this time ! The Doctors ( “Dr Sippa “ , Dr Radler - Venturi & the other doctors) who have been treating my injury are just so gentle , kind , professional, re-assuring , positive , enthusiastic & welcoming at every visit….And the receptionists ( Lori ( sp ?) & Tamara ( sp?) are equally helpful & kind and friendly & welcoming & always willing to do anything to make your visit easy ( i.e. adjusting appointment times , faxing important papers to your employer! ❤️⭐️) … And last but not least , the rehabilitation staff ( Paul , Mike , Mackenzie ( sp ?) are SO helpful and GENEROUS and GENUINE and GENTLE and knowledgeable about “ techniques” for a quick and painless recovery with your injury with lots of ENCOURAGEMENT & ENERGY & ENTHUSIASM at each appointment for Physical Therapy / Acupuncture!!!! ⭐️❤️⭐️❤️⭐️… Lucky 🍀 Me !!… Medical Center of Marin is a great facility with lots of caring , compassionate, Charming individuals who really go the extra mile for their patients , every time !!… I would ( will ) highly recommend this company to all of my friends and family , who might need Medical Care in the future!! 👏 Thank you from the bottom of my heart for excellent care! Very quick, the lady that helped me was so friendly…they made my very first visit to the UC in the US pleasant

After booking an x-ray appointment at Dignity Urgent Care in Mill Valley only to find their x-ray machine was not working, I was a walk in to the Medical Center of Marin just 30 minutes before closing. Although their scheduled appointments kept them busy to closing time, the doctor cheerfully saw me, then turned me over to the x-ray technician. It was thoroughly professional even as they accommodated a very late walk-in. Thanks to all there for your help.

Customer service is still key. So shame about the unfriendly lady at the reception. Sorry to put you out. To compound matters, my 11.30a appt for a simple urine test was delayed 45mins so I had a uncomfortable wait with a full bladder :/

I went for a DOT Physical. This was my 4th year to this office. I have to say the experience was really nice! The staff was so nice and helpful. The PA was chill yet thorough. There’s always a wait but this time it didn’t bother me, it seemed so calm & friendly. Much different than before.

Was able to get same day appt and they were caring, quick and efficient in attending to me.
