Very friendly and efficient. Arrived just before 6am discharged around 8:30. High praise to the checkin clerk, nursing staff before and after the procedure and the surgery team they were all on point. Thank you again for the excellent care given . Very impressed with the Radiology Department. Professional staff and the medical care was impeccable. Explained each of my procedures and were very attentive to my anxiety level and walked me through each process. All the nurses and receptionist were friendly and focused on ensuring my experience was pleasant and 'gentle.' Thanks to everyone!

On Saturday I took my 18 month old son the the Enterprise ER because we thought he had RSV. She barely listened to him and said he has an ear infection… he was wheezing and having a high fever. She gave him a shot of antibiotics and then tried to give him a steroid pill. He is 18 months old he cannot take a pill…. We went home and she still didn’t do anything with his wheezing. I then took him to his pediatrician Monday. She said he definitely DID NOT have and ear infection and has bronchiolitis, which could turn into pneumonia quickly if not taken care of. The Enterprise ER needs to do better! This isn’t the first time this has happened to us either…. I will NEVER be bringing my child or any family member for the matter to the Enterprise ER again. They do not care about there patients especially children.

Extremely professional. Best procedure I have ever had. Dr. Colbert was very kind and made me feel at ease. Thank you much to her and her team.

Had my first surgery done here and could not have asked for better nurses to help me throughout the whole thing. They made sure I was at all times comfortable and talked me through some of the steps I was unfamiliar with. They never seemed agitated or upset with all my questions and helped me with anything and everything I could need before I needed to ask in some instances. Thank you to those nurses for all that you do, you made a nerve wrecking process for me as smooth and comfortable as possible.

First time living in Enterprise. And first time child they took very good care of me the Women Center to the hospital beside it. And a special shout out to my nurse Jennifer. She was so nice and understanding and most of all patient and compassionate

I have a loved one at MCE, and as an employee, there has been some downs but that’s okay! I've had the opportunity to discuss the exceptional care he has been receiving. First, I want to highlight Michele from the night shift. She has been incredibly observant and quick to respond to our needs, we both talked about how she is showing genuine care and compassion. Her attentiveness on 4North has made a significant difference. Additionally, I want to acknowledge Miss Lori from the day shift, who has also been attentive and caring. Both ladies are very genuine I am truly grateful to both of these nurses for their hard work and dedication to nursing. They are truly compassionate and understanding. Thank you, ladies! We would like to express our gratitude to Hali Praytor in the laboratory for being an outstanding lab technician. When she came to collect samples, she was incredibly respectful, kind, and considerate. She maintained a quiet tone especially while we were resting, which we truly appreciated and asked if we needed anything before she left. Thank you all for the continuous care he’s receiving from you ladies.

This was the best hospital experience of my life. Both day and night nurses in the maternity ward and especially Laurie the surgical nurse that prayed with me before my surgery. Some how she knew and God sent her in my time of need. I will forever be thankful.
