Medical Center Convalescent Hospital

Was here for 2 weeks my experience was good only problem was my pain which unfortunately they couldn't help, but I want to send a shout out to Anna the nurse director she was great very helpful and came to see how I was doing everyday, also the case manager was very helpful. Shout out to the car Glenda I love her she was always right there to take care of everyone.

Don't ever send your family here. They almost killed my grandma with their negligence and inability to properly care for people. They allow other patients to enter patients rooms and touch them with out any consequences. I got my grandma out of there. Unfortunately she's back at the hospital and has to completely restart her recovery.

They were very nice and patient towards my mother and me , your family member will be safe and taken care of here

Been here for 2 years for rehab. The nurses and CNA'S are great. The food on the other hand sucks. You do get some decent meals but there are more bad meals than good ones.

I saw the reviews and was fearful to leave my loved one. From the moment we arrived I felt catered to. She's been there 6 days now. They're still accommodating, & attentive to her overall health and giving me regular updates. She seems to like the food too. Big plus.

I arrived 15 days ago and wanted to leave. I am SO HAPPY I stayed. I am getting the BEST NURSING I can ever imagine.The meals are very good. The staff is so professional but kind at the same time.Thank you to physical therapists Mickayla & Mario, CNA Joyce, RN Dina, Berniece.. so many to list. I came here with wounds all over and unable to walk do to neuropathy in my one leg. I wanted to give a special shout out to Fili. He is the most talented wound specialist who truly is gifted. The wound on my face was so massive. With Filis'magic touch wound treatment it had shrunk and healed beyond belief. He is a shining star amongst the talented staff under the guidance of Ana Yumul, Director of Nursing. Thank you, Bonnie Hodgkins

My dad was in this facility for almost 2 months and he had a great experience. The staff was friendly and attentive. Especially Angelica and Tata. They definitely made us feel taken care of. I wish that more people could take the time to donate their time and maybe help out financially to help the facility improve and thrive even more.
