Medi-Station Urgent Care

The doctor and medical assistant were great. BUT... the Receptionist was so rude to me! Wouldn't make eye contact, mumbled instructions that I had to keep asking her to repeat herself - even used a hand gesture to brush me off to the waiting area. Then I was waiting for a medication. She had it in her hand, but then stood up and starting telling a long personal story to her colleagues and was laughing and carrying on while I was there waiting. And sick! She was a real let down to an otherwise great clinic.

The nurses and doctor Eliana were all very caring, empathetic and sweet and made me feel comfortable. I had large scrapes on my leg and they cleaned it up and even gave me extra gauze to take home. They weren't able to print an itemized receipt the day of for some reason - they said the office manager wasn't there, so I didn't really understand why that was the case. If I would have been able to receive my itemized receipt the day of, I would have given 5 stars. The prices were a bit expensive, I had to get a tetanus shot since I was on vacation and didn't have access to my primary care provider. But overall, quick and caring service.

The front desk receptionist Johanne was so amazing and helpful! Her smile & how helpful she was with getting me an Uber she answered all of my questions I love this urgent care! Dr Sanchez was so amazing

My visit was phenomenal, the best urgent care hands down. My first visit was with Nurse Shantrell, she was absolutely wonderful. She took her time with everything, without any rush! The staff are also respectful, along with the Doctors. I love the fact that they can all understand and have no trouble listening to your concerns. Thank you Medi Station! Thank you Shantrell!

Had a great experience at this urgent care am not from here visited from Texas . Kevin was really nice and the staff and DR. Sanchez . Will definitely recommend coming here .

The experience here was amazing. The medical providers along with the office staff were awesome. Shout out to office manager, she made me feel comfortable the entire time. I highly recommend this urgent care.

I came in as a walk-in with lots of pain. The staff were very helpful and friendly and they also made sure I did not wait long before I got medical care. Dr Eliana Parker took great care of me answering all my questions, explaining my condition and giving all the necessary time during my visit. They even had the prescription needed at the location. This is my family’s new go to care center from now on. Recommended! Update. I got a call from the center 2 days later to make sure I was feeling better.
