Medcessity: Physical, Occupational, & Hand Therapy

My Orthopadic Surgeon referred me to this place for my multiple problems of sever pain in joints such as ankles, feet, knees and shoulders and pain in the muscles of legs, thigh and shoulders. I found this facility a great place of exceptional highly experienced and professionally oriented Therapists, They listen to your problems carefully and design such a plan of messaging and exercises that hit on problems start give relief to the patient. I have great appreciation for the entire staff of this facility. Everyone including front desk staff are well cultured very well behaved. Best thing is zero waiting time. I wish them good luck and great success.

I was referred to Medcessity by my orthopedic surgeon after breaking two fingers. He recommended them very highly and I agree 100%. They are professional kind and very understanding. They listen to your concerns and take your input into consideration. All of the staff members are compassionate and very gentle. I would recommend them for PT or OT without hesitation!

Renewed patient! The staff here is good. It was a little warm inside the rooms and the main area. The chairs in front are awkwardly positioned if you use a wheelchair since you are supposed to check in but there's a row of chairs in front of the window, I witnessed someone come in & looked awkward to maneuver. Be prepared to wait probably two weeks when scheduling.

This place is amazing! I recently needed to go to hand therapy after breaking a finger and when this place popped up in my Google search, I knew nothing about them. Now, I recommend them to everyone. The Occupational Therapy team here are great! Not only are they professional but they take time to work with each patient and get to know them. I have been to other rehab clinics that felt more like a mill (i.e. therapists juggling too many patients in a single hour block) and they cared more about quantity for profit. Not Medcessity. Rachel, Manny, and Melanie prioritize quality and helping patients meet their goals. I was also new to the area and they gave me some great recommendations for places to check out. The team here helped me feel settled in the Los Angeles area and also helped me get back to using my hand, pain free. Great facility!

The Medcessity establishment for physical therapy is EXTRAORDINARILY AWESOME!! i first came to them back in 2007 when they were up the street in San Antonio. and i’m glad i came back this time around also!! they can help you through ANYTHING!! Their equipment is up to date, and they make sure everything is clean after every use!! Everybody is always willing to help you, and ALL are EXTREMELY positive, professional, and pleasant!! Ivan - he feels like my bff! he is kind, considerate, warm, knowledgeable, hands on, always smiling, soooo helpful, and really gets back office issues with insurance taken care of! any little thing is not a problem for him! He will even come to the training area to assist you with your clerical needs. Jeff - he’s my MAAAAIIN guy!! most of my therapy is with him. and we ALWAYS have the best conversations!! his wife and i are k’popers and loooove BTS!! if my injuries don’t allow me to do certain things on any given day, he always knows what to do, knows his job, and rolls with my punches! Alvin - the baby face physical therapy assassin! he is so sweet and pleasant, but don’t let that fool you, he will work you out to improve your progress. He’s always so calm, and that it makes me calm. he has a very good disposition about himself! Frank - he is so wonderful and kind! he’s the gentle giant! and whenever something has to be handled, switched or changed, nothing is ever a problem with him. Garrett - i have great conversations with him also!! he really knows his job too! if he comes across something new issue with me, he adjusts accordingly. Nick - he’s the timothee chalamet stand in! we both ride motorcycles and that in itself is a topic. he has a wonderful disposition about himself, and always has a smile on his face and a warm greeting. Jonathan (part owner) - he is SO cool, you wouldn’t even think he was an owner!! i just found this out TWO WEEKS ago, and i’ve been going there for a while now!! he did my evaluation, and he talks with you, and not at you. he’s very calm in explaining your needs, is always smiling, and remembers the little details about you. Krishna - she is so pleasant!! she is always present, and if you’re ever doing your exercises and she walks by, she will stop, give you a greeting, AND ask if you’re doing ok!! i had therapy with her twice i believe, and the ‘girl touch’ is AMAAAAAAAZING!! nothing against the guys lol! Maria - she’s another very pleasant physical therapy assassin lol. she’s easy to talk to, and goes over the exercises to make sure you’re doing them correctly. and again the ‘girl touch’ is AMAZING!! and again nothing against the guys lol! Khang - he’s very by the book, very thorough, and is a very nice gentleman. i don’t work with him much, but when i do he’s awesome! Thao - I’ve never worked with her, but was near her to hear how she is with her clients!! they LOVE her. i eavesdropped and commented one time, she laughed, and then realized she is awesome!! Josh - when i see him on the floor, he always speaks and gives a smile. i had the pleasure of finally working with him recently! it was just the one time, and he was GREAT! Manny - he seems the busy bee lol!! he always speaks and gives a smile when he’s going here or there. i’ve never worked with him, but he’s really pleasant when talking with him. Berto - he is sooooo great!! he’s seems a quiet person in the office, but he always looks up, smiles, and has a pleasant word for me. he helps with the little extras up front also, and nothing is ever a problem for him! Grace - i was there when she interviewed!! i said good luck and congratulations. she said thank you, and has been a ray of sunshine ever since! Katherine, Claudia, and Sylvia are the very beautiful and newest additions to the front office staff!! VERY GLAD TO MEET YOU ALL!! they have awesome attitudes, greet you with a smile, they’re always happy, don’t have a problem looking you up in the system, and go above and beyond with scheduling!! COODLES GIRLS! Medcessity is AWESOME!!

I started coming to Medcessity for a shoulder problem I’ve had for a few years now. When I came in my shoulder was pretty tight and I had pain when I moved my arm in different directions. Over the last few months my range of motion has improved greatly and the pain has gotten a lot better through their sessions and stretching/exercise regiments I do at home. Melanie, Samantha and Josette were guiding my progress for the most part and took great care of me. They answered all of the questions I had during my appointments and were very nice. Everyone treated me well and I had a great experience while dealing with a bum shoulder.

Both my kiddo and I go here and we both love it so much. I had a brain injury and my kiddo has protruding discs in her back and knee issues. Medcessity has helped us so much in both of our recoveries, and with pain relief and mobility. Literally everyone here is so amazing, from front desk, support staff, the therapists, the owner, all are amazing, so kind, professional, knowledgeable, and supportive. They really listen to you here also. Both my kiddo and I have made so much progress here, I highly recommend Medcessity.

My daughter comes here 2x's a week, we are very grateful with everything they have done for her we enjoy coming to her appointments. They help her so much & the staffs are great & very kind. I would totally recommend this place to anyone .
